We did not wind up staying. The place had people loitering around the outside and the neighborhood looked unsafe.

Staff are all very approachable and friendly and helpful. The towels are grey instead of white; sheets on the bed were threadbare; the carpet was dirty; the mattress was sagging; the bathroom sink had an odour, although the warer was clean and drinkable. It would be an okay facility if there were upgrades done to mattresses, sheets and towels.

Our stay in this very dated Yukon Inn was memorable indeed. The room had an odor, the comforter had a burn spot from someone smoking, and the towels were graying and getting thin due to the high use.

Dingy towels, stained carpeting, and the ac doesn't work. The staff was nice though.

It’s not a new hotel, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The restaurant in the hotel is good. The front staff friendly and helpful. You are a little removed from the downtown area, 10 minute walk, but are close to groceries and a pharmacy

It's the Yukon Inn for those of us that's been staying there for years it's our home away from home.. The building could use a facelift and a few more staff but overall it's a decent stay easy to access from all modes of transportation. Tags and McDonald's across the street has you covered for a store and overnight food. Evenings you have the Boiler Room good bar with things going on all the time and during the day you have Legends upstairs with a decent menu but is a little on the pricey side. Everything's there.

The property was well situated in Whitehorse. Unfortunately, the restaurants were not open for dinner. Also there was no elevator so bags had to be carried up the stairs.

Carpet is gross. Stayed there for three nights and they did not make my bed and nor did they change my towels. Nobody even collected garbages in my room during my stay.

Nice upgrade to the rooms: new beds and bedding, new bathrooms (except no towel racks). Helpful front desk staff. Easy to park.

Hotel is too old, rooms and bed, towel, carpet, couch everything was stinky and bad condition. No iron in the room. Close aRea bad. Price is high with these type of hotel and room. Will not suggest to stay there.

Tired is the first word that comes to mind. The property isn't run down or in poor repair, it just seems tired and in need of a refresh. I chose it based on price for a one night stay. I don't regret the choice but I'm not sure I'd make the same decision again.

Very old and dated. The carpets were very dirty and overall the property was run down.

Expensive for a 2-3 star hotel. The sound carried from the hallway so we were disturbed by every guest entering or leaving the floor. Not very clean. The website was not updated with current information and there was no compensation for the false advertising. That’s about it.

Stayed 3 nights in a newly renovated room, very nice, staff was very pleasant and helpful,

We were there 5 nights with no room service "due to covid". Ridiculous. We are past that....no masking or other protocols in hotel. This is just a cost saver now as far as I am concerned. I called for clean towels and garbage change and it took 2 calls and one trip to the desk. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. There were anebriated people outside the entrance door every night. We paid $160/night and we're very disappointed. This did not, however impede our 5 day visit to the beautiful city and territory. We just won't be staying here again if we return.

The place is filthy we had to clean the room before unpacking, sheets dirty so needed to change the bed before able to go to bed, seems like the place does not have a working vacuum
