This is an old hotel and it shows. Very small rooms, only double beds, small bathroom, separate bath and vanity. We booked it for the pool and my son only used it once because it was very small as well. This hotel needs to be overhauled to bring it into the 21st century.

The property was clean and up-to-date. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food. We were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

The front desk staff great ! Asked for a late check out and it was no problem.. rooms are clean , kept up maintenance, great deal for the corner brook area , close to hospital & shopping & eating

Needs serious upgrades the room itself was clean but could use a facelift.i checked in with my father who had just had open heart surgery, had a room near the elevator, shortly after check in the elevator gave out. Cant believe a hotel that size has only 1 elevator. Luckily enough he could walk downstairs, the staff were awesome and very helpful. I paid 160+ for this room on hotels.com, a charge of 200. Was also put on my visa as a hold which still hasnt been returned and i was offered no discount for the inconvience.i would recommen this place only as a last resort. I had stayed there before and had an awesome experience. Hats off to Zack at the front desk and the porter (never got his name) who did awesome work getting my dad down all the stairs in the morning.

Person at front desk would not match rate on Expedia. I had to go on website and pay Expedia, instead of paying hotel directly. Good for Expedia. Not good for hotel.

Not pleased with the customer service during check in. When I stayed last weekend my deposit on the room was returned right away, this time I was told it will take a couple of days and I’m still waiting.

The hotel was in a convenient location close to our frends and all the places we wanted to see plus the hotel pool was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel has become so rundown. Definitely not worth the price. The room felt dirty, musty and very outdated. We were apparently on the "quiet" floor, if that's the case, I would've hated to be on one of the other ones. To top it all off, there isn't nearly enough parking spaces.

The toilet in our room was loose everytime you sit and stand you could feel it move. Housekeeping was great. The staff on check in was much friendlier than on check out. Overall was a great stay. Will visit again

We often travel with our dog. Having a hotel that welcomes her, and accommodates us is a breath of fresh air!
