Very clean! Very friendly! Highly recommended

Pro: building is dated however it was remodeled and updated nicely. clean. Con: none!

I have two problems about my stay there. First problem, my room is on the third floor. As I opened the elevator, I walked out and I could smell weeds on both hallways. Second problem, the shower didn’t have hot water for both nights. I told the receptionist about those two problems. He said he will call his manager to let her/him know about it.

Two night stay. No hot water either night, had to take very cold showers, key cards continually quit working for a few of our rooms. Pool and spa out of order and had been for a while with no notice when booking. Front staff was very friendly and apologetic but didn’t do much to make it right. We had four rooms for two nights 9 total people taking cold showers. And the gave us 3 total breakfast tickets for our trouble.

Parking was easy. Hotel does not have generator for backup during power failure.

Very friendly and confortable hotel. Our little Chihuahua also enjoyed the visit. The breakfast and the service were exceptional! We will go back.

Breakfast was outstanding and well worth the extra $6 we paid. Room/bed/bedding were very comfortable. Staff at reception and restaurant and in housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. The only reason i didn't rate the hotel the full amount of stars was the mild state of disrepair on the exterior of the building and the parking situation (not enough available spots on the side of the building we stayed in).

I have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when I return to the area. The rates are always reasonable for the quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is terrific.

The hot breakfast was yummy; coffee was not as strong as I like (I love espresso and dark roast coffee). I like that there was a restaurant available with a good selection of food (American and Mexican). Staff was helpful, accommodating and ready to answer any questions. There are signs posted about the hotel being renovated-it wasn't an issue for me other than hearing mumbled sounds of other guests a few times-but it quieted down after 10pm; they also have a sign about quiet hours 9pm-9am which I felt was observed during my stay. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Overall good stay!

Check in/out staff were super friendly. The rooms and hotel were extremely clean and no loud noises through the night.

Arrived a little before midnight, and the staff was very friendly/welcoming. Very efficient. I was checked in in under 5 mins. The room was very clean amd comfortable.

Staff was lovely and room was nice but the clientele in the area creates issues for the property. All night long there were parties and people running up and down the hallways, blaring music and leaving their doors open. Staff told them numerous times to quiet down, it’s just consistent with the area the hotel is in. Cafe is nice, restaurant is nice. Just other guests make for a bit peaceful stay

This hotel is horrible! We were put right across the housekeeping room and kept hearing noises. Also, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. The door doesn’t self close and you have to slam it. The food at the dining is horrible too. I would go to another hotel and I’m happy to leave here and go to another hotel for tonight. It’s a bit ghetto too.

Rooms need some renovation. Faucet of the sink is weird to get hot water., otherwise room is big

The staff made checkin easy and quick; they were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the cozy restaurant and bar lounge made it nice have a bite and cocktails service and facilities safe and clean location too many activities Hidden gem will be back

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed mattress was not as comfortable as hoped. Restaurant food was reasonable and good.

I like that it was well kept up rooms was very clean bathroom also and the bed was comfortable everything worked great tv cable tv channels overall I give it a 10/10 hands down

It was a decent stay.

The staff was friendly and professional, especially Richard at check-in, Megan in the bar, and Irma in the restaurant at breakfast. The chicken wings were especially delicious, so crispy, and some of the best we've ever had, and the margaritas were excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Paid extra on the app for breakfast- couldn't get a $2.80 muffin- was told it was extra when it was the only thing ordered with the two breakfast coupons we paid for. Girl had a horrible attitude. Hotel and everything else was fine - girl working food was rude and needs a new job

This Holiday Inn I felt like I was at a Super 8 downtown. It smelled when you walked in, the room had a stinch i could not sleep cause of the smell and the noise. The alarm clock in the room goes off in the middle of the night, i couldn't turn it off, so i unplugged it. I could hear the peoples while conversation and the shower at 2am. Horrible experience from a Holiday Inn.

Great customer service and nice room layout

Stayed here for a wedding reception. It was close by. Bed was comfy and room was clean. We missed breakfast! We wanted to sleep in a little. We would stay here again.
