A very pleasant experience. I only stayed one night for a wedding I attended in the town. Staff was very courteous.

Stay was very nice. Hotel is under construction, but our floor and room was very nice. Check-in was pleasant by a very nice front desk gentlemen (who also helped me later negotiate the TV channels/remote 😊).

The hotel was under construction, so there was no gym onsite. The staff was friendly and helpful, though one associate was not able to help me with the Hilton Honors App. Breakfast room under construction also, but the meeting room served the purpose.

The hotel was ok but the room was very outdated. Also the work out room and pool were closed for no apparent reason. The staff was wonderful. Very welcoming, professional and accommodating

Easy access off the highway …… Wi fi takes time …… requires a few more fields of client info other then typical name / room ; or simply suppling password . Very clean and surrounding area seems to be a very safe environment .

Great late night stay

Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cared for. Breakfast was good. Property is in a nice neighborhood with good access to the highway.

Cleanliness and breakfast was what you expected

This is a nice hotel. We had a neat and clean room with a convenient small fridge and microwave, along with a nice tv to watch. It was the little things that kept it from being a great experience: the door was difficult to open with card key (always took multiple tries), the fan in bathroom didn't work (creating a steamed up mirror), the alarm clock was unreadable, not enough hooks in bathroom to hold towels, hanging rack for coats/clothes was at furthest wall instead of near entry door, the heat/ac unit make a constant "clicker" sound when running- keeping us up all nite until I just turned the thing off, wifi was not available without a membership (other places are free with only a password - so we didn't get to use our ipad). Not a bad place - but short of being a great stay to due lack of fine touches that are being overlooked. Not totally worth the price I paid.

Everything was excellent.

When we arrived they tried not to honor our reservation. Attempted to give us a king size bed rather than the two doubles(I had my two kids with me). We had stayed a few months prior and I confirmed our reservation for this past weekend in person. Room we finally got did not have fridge or microwave and ac unit had terrible rattle. Shower would not drain in a timely manner. TV remote did not work well. Second night there they were out of parking spaces when we returned. This is the second time we have had issues with this location honoring and Expedia reservation and they say you should have booked with the hotel itself instead of using Expedia. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel was super clean and the staff was very pleasant. The cookies and treats at the check desk were welcoming. This is a very nice and reasonably priced Hampton.

Nice property, very helpful and polite staff. Attention to detail when cleaning could be improved. Found dirt on bathroom floor and sink counter wasn’t wiped between faucet and wall (hair and dirt found).

I usually like this hotel. I have stayed here several times and been pleased. Check in staff was rude and unpleasant. TV was not working and they never followed up after I called the offce. No microwave/refrigerator. Neighbor across hall had a dog that barked and apparently lived there(had a welcome mat). Joe in breakfast area was GREAT. Fitness Center was closed Parking area was cluttered with construction items.

Nice and Friendly!

Mostly, we had a satisfactory stay. The check-in was great. The clerk was very nice and had fresh hot cookies. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there was no fitness room but the pool was open. The room was clean and comfortable although I was sorry it had no fridge or microwave. The bathroom was comfortable, larger than most hotel bathrooms and plenty of towels. Other guests were a little noisy in the hall but what can the hotel do about that?
