Just a great experience

Clean, quiet ,comfortable smalish but fine room, okay hot breakfast

Breakfast was awesome, Definitely felt safe for our family and close to everything you could need from shopping to eating

Consistent service and reliable. Breakfast team are excellent - courteous, and focused on service.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, clean, had a good breakfast. Will stay here again in the future.

With crackheads staying there and making ill-advised complaints, this place is NOT where you want to stay. The towels were clean and housekeeping is ok, but my overall experience was the worse. I even got banned because of a welfare check (due to me quarantining because of the flu), because the crackhead next door told the that my family was knocking too loudly on MY door. Need i remind you all that it was 11am.

I stay at mutilple hotels throughout the week so I have a pretty great base for juxtaposition. I was impressed with this location. I've stayed a few Days Inn locations and this one is by far the best ever. The room was very clean and only had a few cosmetic issues but that didn't detract from my comfort. The bed was freaking amazing and I fell asleep very quickly and soundly. The breakfast area was very well maintained, bright and vibrant. The food was definitely on point and above expectations. The staff were very hospitable and I got to witness their concern for the safety for their patrons. A woman was essentially camping out in the parking lot high or drunk and the staff worked as a team to get the proper protocols met not only for the customers as well as showed compassion for her as I overheard them concerned for her well being and the steps that they could take to get her help. I highly recommend this place and would most assuredly stay there again.

Room was well kept clean and quiet.

We needed a place to rest for 8 hours. Days Inn was right on price, easy location and a pretty decent hotel. The breakfast was very good and the few staff we encountered were warm and friendly.

The rooms were clean. There was some work being done on the steps, so it was kinda hazardous. They have a coffee pot in the room but do not leave water bottles most places I’ve stayed or leave you at least 2 to 3. The rooms in the front are a bit noisy because of the Main Street. Otherwise everything was good.

It is a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for

There was nice and helpful staff and I appreciated the breakfast. Room was cozy and clean. There are cameras outside the hotel which made me feel much safer.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. However, both rooms that I booked smelled horrible with cigarette smoke. They allow smoking in rooms, I was not aware of this when making reservations. All of our items absorbed the smell.

Classic Motel near the main street. Room was clean and good. Surroundings and Breakfast can be improved. But good solution for a nights stay.

The worst staff and cleaning services I have ever had. Left our beds with no sheets on the beds and none in room, when asked was told I was going to be removed!!

The check in gal Was very helpful I was trying to change my checkout day - when I was online Expedia said to talk to hotel and hotel said to tell Expedia. She said if we checked out a day early we would get a refund from Expedia for the one day ?! I couldn’t find anywhere to write to Expedia.

An economical option to stay for a night or two.

We didn't know what to expect because I it was a motel. It was safe and very clean. The rooms are updated we love the breakfast and especially the breakfast room was cozy and everything was great! I didn't like that the boats were double parked and they had cones taking up all the parking spaces. I feel that the fisherman with their trucks and boats should Park along the side and not take up all the spaces for others parking spaces. Other than that everything was great the hotel desk clerk was helpful and assisted me with my request on the spot and made adjustments so that we could be accommodated. My mom bragged about how comfortable the beds were and she loved the breakfast.

My stay was great. Room was clean and was a typical two bed room. Everything was practically new. One issue: their was a lack of receptacles to plug into. At the sink area their was no plugin, had to go to lamp area at desk to plug coffee pot into the lamp.

Overall. Average.

Nice area. Fully renovated room. Great restaurant next door called Ricks barbecue.

The stay was very peaceful and the staff was truly sweet to work with. I would stay at this hotel again should I ever be in Muscle Shoals again. It is also located very close to many eateries and shopping outlets. I just was a bit taken by another male guest who was sitting outside by the stair watch when I went to get ice.

I booked a non smoking room> I arrived after midnight, tired and the only room available was a smoking room. That was bad.

Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and shops. 4th time staying at this motel. Great value for the rate.
