The hotel was advertised as no smoking and pet friendly. We were immediately met with overwhelming smell of week and cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. And, were challenged about whether the dog was a service dog. I find the irony of the above interesting.

My stay was terrible! They advertise a restaurant that was never opened on time. They advertise a gym, which looks like has reused equipment in it and no cleaning supplies to wipe it down. I had two days of a cold shower. I was told to let the water run because it didn’t run all night. I let it run for a half hour and then took a shower and it was still cold. I asked that my room not be entered to have made service, and they sent a maid in anyway. The manager was aloof, And didn’t address any of my concerns.

The hotel was extremely loud- music from the restaurant/ bar played into midnight. People were walking the halls late at night talking loudly. The breakfast offered very few choices. Room was clean and the person at the check-in was very nice. The noise was too much, making this hotel a bad choice.

Hotel and room in very good shape - don't know if hotel is new or has been re-modeled. Very good value - less expensive than hotels in the airport area. Very convenient to US 22 and restaurants on MacArthur Road. Definitely will stay there again.

Breakfast was okay. Bar was nice. Stay was family friendly and price was affordable.

The hotel was fine for the rate of $100. The bed was comfortable enough. The fan in the bathroom was loud and obnoxious. The lack of elevators for luggage transport created a struggle for my family. I would stay here again because the rate is good and I’m poor. Breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is across the street from the mall. It was an ease parking and checking in. The room was newly renovated, so it felt ‘light and airy’.

Smells like piss everywhere. VERY limited towels and soaps and the phone didn’t work to call front desk , when trying to call , was hung up on each time.

This was not updated 2 stars at most. Bathroom was dirty and bed was uncomfortable. Staff came in to “clean room” bed was not made only towels were replaced. Guest service was not very helpful. Location convenient. Will not stay here again

I did not rent a nightclub but a room to have a nice night’s sleep, which did not happen, we drove the last leg of our trip over tired and exhausted. The karaoke went on until we complained at 1:40 am. The staff was rude in the morning when my husband and I complained. The breakfast was lukewarm. Eggs sausage? Not a great location. Road to the hotel was dark and in bad need of replacing. We are very disappointed and asked for a refund but the woman at the desk only said she was sorry and gave me the manager’s card. When I call on Monday, I am sure I will get the run around and no refund. Please do not list them on your site again. They are not in business to ensure a good night’s sleep and rest for their clientele. They would rather have a nightclub. I would like a refund.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time everything was fine. except the bathtub and the bathroom curtain which were dirty. But this time my family and I couldn't sleep at all with the noise of the parties going on in the party room. I don't understand how in a hotel that is supposed to be for relaxing, they have a party room to rent.

The place was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the updates were beautiful. The floors are very nice with the hardwood and the bed was very comfortable. My first night there was some arguing right outside my window at 1a but other than that it was very nice…

Room service only available every 3 days (not even taking your trash, making bed). Weird location near a very busy road. Staff is professional. Hotel without comfort.

The computer system your staff must use for check in/check out of customers is dreadfully slow. Check in took at least 15 minutes because of the slowness of computer. The updated rooms at this property are nice. Update the equipment and systems your employees have to use as well

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and had a great attitude. She was extremely helpful and answered questions we had.
The room was pretty big and clean. The bed was NOT very comfortable. Sadly, I will say this has been the first uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel room. There isn't an elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage a few steps up and down numerous times. We are a family of 5 and my husband is in the military, so we had a few heavy bags!
The bar has a great fun atmosphere! I loved the location of this hotel as well.

So the person checking me in kept passing out. She stated she was tired but she may have been high. She locked herself out of the computer system so we had to wait til she was able to get the IT person to get her logged in. I had people knock 3 different times and then run away. There was toilet paper but shoved in the peep hole.

Getting to the hotel building was tricky and once inside with 7 suitcases and multiple hand luggage, we discovered they don’t have an elevator to carry all our bags up!!!

Hotel was noisy, people talking loudly in hallways at 1:30 am, no elevator so guests and staff can be heard walking up and down stairs. Restaurant was out of everything except wings, first playing loud music is bar area. Highway road noise can be heard from the room as well, not a hotel for light sleepers.
