Just stayed 1 night but it was really nice.

I have stayed here before but not in several years. The improvements in common areas were noticable. They made in room improvements as well (very nice TV).but nkt a full remodel. Breakfast was ready a few minutes before 7a which was much needed and much appreciated. Bed comfort ok.

Was plenty adequate for unexpected 1 night stop. AC was noisy and bed was pretty stiff but staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool looked inviting but unfortunately was closed due to lightning

Hotel was clean. Beds were not comfortable. Sheets kept popping off the corners because they are not the correct size. Pillows were awful. Air conditioning was not cold enough. Breakfast was sufficient but needed to be served a bit earlier than 7.

We booked based on other reviews. We were not disappointed. For an overnight stay, it was just what we needed. Easy check in, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice hot breakfast. We would stay again.

It was very comfortable. They are PET FRIENDLY & that means dogs & CATS welcome. Unlike other hotels that say pet friendly but won't allow a cat only dogs. They need to say "DOG FRIENDLY ONLY"

It was clean and quiet. It’s easy to get to and from the hotel when wanting to hit all the Springfield attractions. I normally stay here when in Springfield and it never disappoints.

I love the cappuccino/espresso machine in the lobby for guests! The laundry was an added bonus for the extended stay traveler. Staff is available, competent and friendly, the breakfast was lovely. My room was clean and there must be some good insulation (or I was extra tired) because I was able to sleep well.

It didnt seem like i could get the room cool and sheets stunk. And it seems like there were stains on carpet, etc.

Went to our room and it smelt horrible. Went to front desk she walked us to another room to see if we liked it. The smell was worse than the first room. We ended up in the handicapped room but that room didn’t smell much better. The bed sheets smelt. Just overall a musty smell.

We have been there before, great rooms, good bed, friendly staff. But breakfast was a let down. Messy, with no one to replace milk or wipe up mess's. But at times I did see staff visiting in the little kitchen. They went in and out without checking the food area. Please do better!

The bed sheets were all wrinkled looked awful although we were told it was clean. Pet room smelled like a kennel. Make-up mirror wouldn’t turn on

Staff was friendly. Beds were terrible. Couldn’t sleep. I did t tell manager and was told they just have to let corporate know. Ugh. We should have just asked for our money back. Most miserable 3 nights. We have stayed at this hotel many times and had great experiences. Plus whatever they are using now for cleaning I am extremely allergic to. We will look for different hotel in Springfield

It was good. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was so so. I was relaxed. There was a tornado warning and the front desk called me with directions to the storm shelter downstairs or I was able to hide in the bathroom which I did. The tornado warning didn’t last long.

It was a wonderful stay. Quiet, comfortable, easy on and off the highway and the price was fabulous. Only good things to say about it!

The lobby has been remodeled and looks really nice. But the rooms are very dated. The room was fine, it felt mostly well kept. But there were tears in the carpet and a stain on the ottoman. But it’s a pet friendly hotel too that may explain those two things

Hotel and staff are great, but it was a little noisy last night.

First all check into my room by 8 o’clock the door open and say sorry I didn’t know the room was ran at about 10 o’clock. It happened again already. Next day I leave at 10 o’clock going out for the day and get back to my room about 730 and I had no maid service TV wasn’t working and staff just looked at me like I had a horn sticking on my head when I asked why did my room not get service. Not very happy with this hotel at all.

Very nice comfortable stay after a very stressful day. The breakfast bar was good. Appreciated how clean the hotel was, easy to tell there was a lot of attention paid to the small details.

Very nice check in folks. Room was well planned for two people getting ready in a hurry. Was in town for a sporting event. Would stay there again!

Appeared clean. Ceiling tile in bathroom needs to be replaced.
The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Went down to dining area at 8:30am Tables were dirty and the OJ, coffee, and apple juice were all out. The attendant was hiding in the back on her phone. Went to front desk and got nowhere.

The beds were soft and comfy and there was a smart tv which were pluses at the end of a long day!. The rest.. It was decent enough. The cool air had no pressure so it took awhile to cool the room The minifridge didn’t work - had a puddle of water all the time from the “freezer” .

The staff was very friendly and helpful! It’s an older property, so there are issues that aren’t easily resolved. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer with no charge. Our room was comfortable and clean.

This property was friendly and accommodating, and met the needs of my travel. It is convenient to highways as well.

The ice machine was really nasty and crusted, the beds are uncomfortable( very springy), and in the morning there was a staff member in the hallway talking so loudly it woke me up.

Great curb-appeal. Price was right and it was clean. Only issue was loud climate unit and sink didn’t drain very well. Breakfast was great, as was dining area. TV was intuitive and performed well. Gym was above average. I’d stay there again.

Nice Inn close to 65 Hwy. A little road noisy, but lessened as the night went on. Hot breakfast had good biscuits. The suite was nice with the sofa towatch TV.

Breakfast could be a lot better, the other greenstay is better. Beds were not very comfortable. This was a little cheaper this time,so we stayed here. Will go back to the Greenstay on Battlefield from now on.

The hallways and rooms smelled like stinky feet so bad. There was hair in our tub. The breakfast was gross. They only had like 3-4 options of things to eat. I recommend staying at their other facility down the road. The weight machine in the gym was broken and there were no free weights. I booked at the wrong one and should have asked for my reservation to be transferred. I would not recommend staying here.

Over all, very nice stay. The room was clean and everything functioned. Staff was very helpful. Some of the cabinetry in the room is showing its age. Wish there were towel rakes in the bathroom. For the price, it was a great value.
