I had to sleep in my car because they had a situation with carbon monoxide.

Front desk interaction was the best! Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Wound recommend and will definitely stay again.

Rooms could use some updating. Not so pleasant smell in the room, but I always bring air freshener spray so that helped.

What did I like? For a hotel that looks so old, it's clean. It has much spacious parking. The food is okay. They have the same things as most breakfast hotels: scrambled eggs and cheese, pork sausage, and waffles. The manager apologized for the carbon monoxide and fire alarm incidents when leaving the hotel. What didn't I like? The customer service in this location sucks. I checked in with no problem, then returned almost 6 hours later with the fire department outside in the halls. No one wanted to tell us what was happening on God's earth. Atlanta FD told us about the detected carbon monoxide. But the hotel didn't tell us, and because the entire 3rd floor was affected by this event, we naturally had to either sleep in our cars or the hotel lobby from midnight to about 4:30 am. The concierge needed to be more proactive in informing us, but he told us what happened when the manager came later. That ruined what I had planned for Saturday morning because I was tired and in pain to go where I needed to go. Also, later that day, after we slept, someone pulled the fire alarm at 10:30 am. The hotel is near the new baseball stadium of the Atlanta Braves, and the hotel needs an upgrade to match the other hotels and apartments in the area. This looks like a 90s hotel with some minor upgrades.

The room was nice space and clean. We were on the first floor which in like the basement so my window faced the indoor pool which was a little weird but overall a good place to stay

The ladies at the front desk were nice very nice, the lobby was clean, it was a short walk to the Braves stadium which was great. The room wasn’t as clean as it should be. The table still looked like someone had just eaten off of it and the curtains had food stains on them. The bedding and the bathroom seemed clean. It wasn’t a bad stay that’s why I gave 4 stars but I did see things that could be improved to make it better.

A lovely experience! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean, comfortable room, convenient to Truist Park—approximately 10 min. Walk! Note: in case you get saddled with an all electric rental car like I did, there are two hotels directly across the street with free charging stations! Sadly, I did not discover this until the morning of my departure. 😆
