Pool and hot tub were not functional. Booked expecting these facilities.

They definitely need to update the rooms, at check in the older lady seemed bothered that i asked for extra soap and amenities for my family of 5. I will not be staying here again, Holiday Inns are uasually nice, clean and updated this one not so much.

Pros: gym is nice weights and some cardio, location is convenient for on and off 101. Cons: The sanitizer or carpet cleaner or whatever they useso strong it is oppresive. Onnarrival, tv didn't work, AC/fan/heat didnt work, and the fridge was left open so it was warm and I had food to put in it. I was not offered a room change. Maintenance fixed tv(bad hdmi cable) got the ac/heat unit to work (though even when off it stayed on and was loud at night) and I had to throw away about 25$ in food due to the fridge. I was told "it will cool down", but it took until the next day and food spoiled. Since it was a work trip, and I have budget for food, it was a bummer to loose most of it.

To start, i was not aware this Hotel charges $10 each night for parking. Then when che ked into the room, found the toilet was not cleaned properly. We then found the pillows to be so flat they gave us neck aches . We then were asking for bottle water and they had none , indicating they ran out..Really..!! How does a Hotel not have bottle water and none in any of the vending machines. We needed to travel to a nearby store to puchase water. In the morning we decided to have breakfast here, and the hostess sat us on a dirty table for two and when we asked to move to a table which accommodate 4, she would not allow us to sit since we we not a party of 4 but yet the dinning area was empty with many tables available. We then ordered coffee and was served luke warm coffee which had sat for several hours. But yet she was brewing fresh coffee and could of severed of fresh hot. Poor customer service. The Best encounter here was the Bartender Jessica, she was awesome, very friendly and attentive..!! I dont think i will be coming back to this Hotel...

Charging for parking after you have already paid to stay is greedy thing to do. Nothing was mentioned when booking but charged when you got the hotel. Rooms were nice but were not cleaned daily.

The room was not bad. it went bad when I woke up to a building with no water. the staff said they couldn't give me any compensation for not being able to use the bathroom or shower.

When we first got there we had to switch to a different room due to giant stains so over the carpets. I have a service animal and didn't want to be charged from them thinking it was my dog. Then we weren't told ahead of the booking that the water would be shut off during our stay. The whole reason for the stay was for a wedding and it made so many things difficult and changed all the plans we had made. They should've sent out an email of the maintenance for those who were booked in advance.

We were 2 couples stayed here one night, arrived late in the evening and the moment we entered hotel we faced with attitudes of receptionist lady her name was Corina. 4 of us were schoked by how rude she was. Overall we remember our stay at Holiday Inn was ok however customer service in a hotel should have been more welcoming and a better experience.

I like that it had a restaurant on premises but the hours for the restaurant need to be more convenient. Would have been nice to get a burger for lunch when I missed breakfast as breakfast was only served until 9:00 everything after that had to be taken to go. Also there seemed to be a shortage of staff in the restaurant. Most of the time there was only one person waiting tables. One more thing, I was served a breakfast that included onions when I asked for without and I was forced to pay for the mistake but given a lesser value substitute for free saying it was charged as a kid’s meal but the waiter acted like he was doing ME a favor when it was their mistake.

Everything was GREAT about my stay except the unavailability of the jacuzzi! I was really looking forward to a relaxing soak when I arrived in the evening, only to go downstairs and find a taped-off hot tub. This is something the front desk should mention upon check-in! I found this part very disappointing.

It was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel charges $10 a night for parking, even though they have a huge lot and no other business around that would take up parking. Knocked on our door to clean twice within 20 minutes even though our do not disturb sign was up. Hotel could use an update.

We booked a room with one King and one Queen bed and were placed in a room with that had a full size instead of a Queen. We measured the width to be 55 inches, the same as a standard Full size bed; a Queen should be 60 inches wide. Upon checking out, we inquired with the front desk and they said that they did give us a room with a Queen size, but we knew that the bed was not a Queen size because we measured it.

The property is old,. The shower mixer doesn't switch easily.

The hotel needs some upgrades done. My family that said with us in 2 different rooms has BAD plumbing issue. The rooms smelled old. This ia however for the back tower that we were placed in.

During my lodging my shower don't worked. Also The air conditioning don't worked. The carpet smelled bad and some furniture in my room were damaged.

This property is overpriced for the condition it's in. Needs a major overhaul. The staff is so nice and super cool. Very helpful. The food is great on-site. But needs a major overhaul.

I arrived prior to 3:00pm and was allowed to check in early without any additional charges. The rooms are spacious.

the map expedia had for the hotel location was way off. i drove around looking, finally had to pull over to ask... Map showed hotel near Main Street. it was actually about 3 miles north of that.. carpet in rooms and hotel hasn't been cleaned, lots of dark stains. with the exception of one person working the desk who clearly felt she was doing me a favor ( really), the staff was very nice. the room was very nice, stayed Monday and Saturday, with the exception of the carpet.

Terrible receptionist not sure why he is there. He is just like a robot with no personality. He may be saying correct things but not the correct way. There is hardly any water pressure to take shower and I was charged a parking fee in a open parking lot. Also terrible old mold smell in the hall way and in the room

Convenience as Holiday Inn is right off the freeway, stayed here many times before. Its a comfortable stay for us when in town.

Very comfortable room and nice patio area where we could get a breathe of fresh air.

Beds were comfortable and clean. There were no paper towels or silverware or hair dryer. Otherwise, it was a very nice room.
