A nice clean hotel close to expressway a little bit of road noise on the street side but not terrible

Hotel is in a beautiful location but obviously fairly old, room smelled musky with hints of wet dog essence. Balcony was nice except for the tall weeds (thistles) growing into the railing. Don’t mind paying over $200 for a room but this one shouldn’t be that much.

We were awakened by the loud music from the adjoining room at 330 am. Tried to put pillows over our heads - went to lobby but no one at front desk. By 5 pm, we packed up and left. We were travelling from Florida to Ontario and needed a good sleep which we did not get. Found this quite unusual for a Hampton Inn. When we did leave, found the music coming from the kitchen just as loud. We were ina room that was very close to the lobby.

We arrived late during bad weather and the desk staff was very helpful . They told us where the storms were and that we were under a tornado watch.
They directed us to the only restaurant open. We were able to eat and get back to the hotel before the bad weather arrived. We felt that the staff was looking out for us.

This is Always our favorite Place to stay when in that area. It’s clean the breakfast is excellent especially if you can get it on the weekend with the biscuits and gravy. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Older Hampton Inn. Needs updating and a better breakfast than the Home2 we stayed in. does not have any lobby lounging area other than the breakfast tables. Elevator needs updating. Guestrooms lack any closet area or dresser area. having said all that it was very clean it did not have any foul odors, and the staff was friendly.

The room set up was a little odd. The room had a curtain where you would think there should be a window. Behind the curtain was the iron, ironing board and a place to hang a few things. The bathroom had a sliding barn door that did little for privacy and had no exhaust fan. Other than that the property was fine. I would stay there again.
