All the balconies were closed by the county inspector. So while it is ocean front you can’t open a door or window.

Was called morning of my stay and told the balconies are condemned and not to be used. I loved the view and found the staff to be friendly. I was disappointed there was an additional resort fee (about $52) in addition to what was paid in this app.

We came down for the weekend. After a 13 hour drive, we were so fortunate to be able to check-in a little early. They apologized profusely for the balconies being closed, but I chose this room for the view and it did not disappoint! They even gave us a call a couple days before our trip to let us know about the balconies being closed, which I thought was going above and beyond. The lack of balcony did not negatively impact our stay! The drinks at the bar are expensive and subpar so unless getting a beer or wine, I would pass. The pool was great and but unlike the pictures show, there is no longer a hot tub. The staff was amazing, the housekeeping was helpful and kind, the pool bar staff and breakfast staff were friendly and good natured. I would stay here again with my family in a heartbeat. Bonus: seeing a shuttle launch from the beach! Amazing.

The room was great, but I rented an ocean front room so I could open the window and enjoy the sounds and breeze from the ocean. Couldn't do that. I absolutely would have chosen another hotel had I been advised that the door couldn't be opened more than about 4 inches, and only in the sitting room area, not the bedroom. Was so disappointed.

This place is amazing, great location, staff friendly, food really good, clean, and the rooms very spacious the only bad thing I have to say is that is a shame that all balcony are close and we couldn't enjoy the best part of the hotel due thos issue, you guys need to fix that ASAP because such a beautiful well placed hotel with an amazing view costumers most be able to enjoy!!

We booked a ocean front corner room with balcony. They notified me the morning of my reservation we could not use the balcony or open any of the 3 glass doors. No time to book elsewhere. Call ahead to find out if they are usable. Everything else was clean and comfortable. There is an on-site restraunt and two bars, pool, etc. Staff was nice and helpful when needed. Only negative was the 5 oz. coffee maker was sub-par but there is a McDonald's around the corner.

Went for Spring Break with my granddaughters. We had a great time hotel was very nice, ocean even better. Employees were very friendly and helpful!!

It was ok I was very disappointed that I paid for oceanfront room & couldn’t sit on my balcony..all balconies was closed for some reason..

When we arrived we were notified that all hotel balconies were closed due to inspection by the city building inspector. Unfortunately Hotels.Com didn’t make this information readily available when booking, or we would have chosen the Hilton next door. The notice posted on our balcony by the city stated that the balconies were in poor condition and deemed unsafe. From the condition of the room, decks by the beach, room amenities this hotel was in poor shape. The rooms were dirty and outdated, it reminded us of a spring break hotel in Daytona that had been abused over the years. We paid $400 a night for a corner room with large balcony to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were so excited about this trip, such a shame this hotel could not provide us with the best stay possible. We are frequent travelers and stay in many hotels each year, so we understand a good hotel vs bad hotel. Needless to say we will never stay there again. Not what we expect for a Raddison!

Great location on the beach. Free parking. Friendly reception desk personnel. Pool bartender was inefficient and rude. Couldn’t use room balcony because all of them were condemned. The hotel should have beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests available without additional charge ($40 per day).

My family specifically booked this hotel to be oceanfront with a balcony. We were shocked to find a notice taped to the balcony slider that CONDEMNED the balconies!!! What does this say about the structural integrity of the rest of the facility? We were unable to find accommodations nearby so we had to stay. There was no access from the room to outside air; the bathroom fans do not work; there are no usable electrical outlets in the bedroom; there are unpatched holes in the walls and bathroom door; the list goes on - read the other unhappy reviews here. The waitstaff in Lena's Cafe housed in the building are lovely and the food was very good. I complained to Hotels.com requesting a refund. There response was "thanks for the information". I book through Hotels.com so that I have a large responsible organization to support me when needed. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. AND THE HOTEL IS STILL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE!!!

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. We had a corner room which had gorgeous views of the beach with almost 180 degree views. The staff was very attentive. We had lunch twice at the pool. The fish tacos are delicious! We will definitely be back to stay here!

Dirt on floor of bedroom, water of floor in hall to the bathroom, sliders to deck would not lock, had to call maintenance as one of the sliders was off its track. Most importantly the bathroom had no ventilation. When asked at front desk was informed non of the bathroom fans in the hotel worked and were not required by state law. This facility does the minimum in my opinion.

Beautiful ocean views. Large spacious rooms. Unfortunately the balconies are off limits due to city inspections. Disappointed because that’s why we booked this hotel. Nothing mentioned on the website when booking.

The exterior of the hotel needs more sprucing up. And the balconies were not accessible during our stay. Need microwaves in the rooms instead of the laundry room. The couch in our room was not comfortable and a little outdated.

Nice place for the price! Great location and ocean view. Staff was super helpful. Some of the best staff service ive come across in a long time. Only knocks were no microwave in room and no kurig or real coffee maker. Had a small single pod style (typical hotel style) coffee maker. Other than those two minor things, the place was great! Would definately stay there agai.

It was wonderful staying right on the ocean. We did have a no hot water issue that was addressed fairly quickly but it entailed us having to switch rooms. Fortunately it was on the same floor.

Honestly the stay was good besides having to switch rooms which took up a good sum of our only full day there. Also the staff was so amazing i actually think thats what made the stay a million times better! Thank you staff and thank you especially brain which he is top tier!

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful. Hotel sits right on the beach, making it convenient. The bathroom needs exhaust fan and could be larger. More outlets for chargers, etc. would be helpful. Bottles of soap in shower would be far better than the tiny bars of soap that are given. A microwave in the room would be great and easy to add.

Nice stay directly on the ocean! Brian at the front desk was excellent! Ocean waves breaking on the beach are the ultimate “sound machine” for sleeping!
