Room clean, beds ok breakfast ok.

So disappointed, we have come here more than 10 times, we had a suite with an old bathroom and the room had a horrible smell as if someone died and they used formaldehyde to clean, we complain and nobody care, we also asked to do the sofa bed and they gave us a bed set in a bag for us to do as in they did not see we were 3 people in the reservation, breakfast was also very earlier no wonder is included, nobody can make it, they should add an hour to both the week and weekend, I definitly expected a discount on behalf of the hotel, considering all the times we stayed

We have stayed here more than 10 times, but this was the worse, we had a suite that smell like somebody died amd they cleaned with formaldehyde, we were 3 people with only 2 towels and the sofa bed was not made, when i ask in the reception they gave us a bed in a box for us to do it, seriously?, the following day I ask the cleaning lady to please do our room and she was rude and said, what do you need? Then i believe they change the breakfast times to 6.to 9am on week days and 7 to 10 on weekends, common, they barely have tables and they claimed they remodeled? Perhaps its time for another hotel for us

It's such a small world, I came there so lost and confused, I have been going through a terrible divorce that I found out a couple of dàys before I went there. The first person I meet is the owner who a old school guy who just struck a cord on his willing to help, make sure I was okay and a true gentleman. His staff is just unbelievable and there for you. Just got ask for something or help and they will help you to there best of there availability. I was around stranges but felt at home

The hotel overall is fine. But there is kind of smell, don't know if it's from renovation or anything else. Also there is some kind of strange smell in the room, not sure if it's from the cleaning or not, or just somebody used strong perfume. We had to leave the window open to air out the smell.
The staffs there are very nice and friendly though.

So many issue with hotel breakfast was gross out, I’ve been holiday in Nicaragua, Colombia and never got issue with breakfast, call front desk and went meet from desk let change bed sheet and when came back from city room wasn’t clean and bedsheet weren’t changes call front desk changed to room.

The hotel appears OK from afar. Check in was smooth. We had a hotel room on the 5th floor and unfortunately close to the elevators. There were wide gaps between the door and the frame. I initially thought the door was actually open it was so much space. We had a room that was connected to another room with someone we did not know. When they can back that evening we heard everything they said and I don't think they were abnormally loud. Everytime someone in the hall closed a door our beds shook. Whoever painted the bathroom left paint all over the back of the door, well I hope it's paint. I definitely saw crumbs on the floor that were not from us and the coffee was cold when we checked in. If you choose this hotel bring earplugs and ask for a room way down the hall. I got up and tried my best to close up some of the door gaps and used my pillows to try and insulate the adjoining door.

Would give 5 stars in all categories, but No Toilet paper in a the bathroom at all. And empty tissue box. Items were sent to the room after calling housekeeping. Clean and comfortable.

Fire alarm went off at 3a due to malfunction forcing us out into the cold. No communication to say it was a false alarm, no offer to reduce our room rate. Would not stay again.

Under construction. Gym dirty with no wipes and broken equipment. Also please consider that a large portion of the population struggles wirh some level of dairy intolerance and offer non dairy milk options with breakfast. Thanks !

Our stay was amazing. Everyone we encountered was so nice and welcoming. We have stayed at this location before and will continue to as it is always a high quality experience for an affordable price.

The breakfast was disappointing. We come here at 2x a year to visit our grandchildren. They love the pancakes the machine. When we got to breakfast the machine was empty and no one could fill it. The next day they just took it away. No toaster either!! Waffles and English muffins and no toaster.

My husband and I as well as our son's family of five were very comfortable at this hotel. The 2 rooms were very large and spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably, even our son's family of five. Breakfast offered many choices so there was something for everyone and it was quite good. Good coffee too. The staff was as friendly as I'd ever seen so kudos to the front desk staff particularly. We will definitely go there again.

The beds were comfortable and the room was modern and spacious. The staff were really nice and willing to help, but the hotel did not anticipate our needs and slow to respond. We reserved a suite for four people, but we were only supplied with enough towels and linens for 2 (not for the pull out sofa). We had to ask twice for the linens (over five hours) before someone dropped them off. Never had enough towels though, so tried to get some from the pool area but they were all out too and had to wait for more. Never received room service. The room had a musty smell and the hotel lobby was under construction. We were bummed to find that one of two TVs in our room did not work, and after a few visits to the desk, we had to have someone in our room after our kids were in bed which was not ideal. But the maintenance person Ron was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, the stay was okay but not great.
