Terrible. Had a hockey tournament staying there. Free range child parenting in full force. Kids running up and down hallways screaming and slamming fire doors all night.front desk eventually stopped them at 11pm after doubting me when they “glanced” at their monitors . Now kids were confined to rooms cramping the vibe of party central ….so the parents move party to hallway. Drunken incoherent bellowing and shouting as the bush party really took fire. It got so noisy some of the zoo animals moved into the stairwells “ cause main party was so loud they couldn’t hear their own shouting”. 😖 Really?? Where’s front desk? Called front desk at 1:30, they told front desk to pound sand.2:00 cops came. Bye bye. Couldn’t get refund on checkout although morning shift did acknowledge the zoo last night. Had to speak to weekday manager to get refund. 3 hours sleep and had a 5 hour drive ahead of me. I’m a 25 year at 3 times a year customer going to that hotel and all I got was a one night refund. Feel sorry for the lady across from us as the zoolanders shouted her down when she asked them to move away from end of the hall. She retreated to her room ☹️. Recommend staying at that new hotel that just finished major Reno up the street. Let the tournaments book this location up.

Such a comfortable stay which is exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast is pretty decent too. We stayed with our pets in a pet friendly room and my only concern with cleanliness was the sliding outside doors. There must have been a dog before us because there were marks from a nose. Not a big deal to us. Will definitely continue to stay here when we need a place with our pigs.

Overall a comfortable stay, the breakfast was really good too! The bathroom sink could’ve been cleaned better under the edges and around the drain it had some soap scum build up. The weather was very snowy while we were there but they were prompt to plow the parking lot so we could easily drive in and out. My mother and I traveled 600 miles from the states for a funeral and they gave us a bereavement rate which was really nice. The hotel was very quiet and we were able to get good rest, which was much needed after driving 13 hours to get there. I would stay here again

The staff was incredible and made the check-in process very quick. They accommodated our large group and made sure we all had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again.

Clean and comfortable

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. A decent breakfast. The low rating is over the dust in the building. While surfaces were clean, the vents were visibly covered in dust. After two nights my eyes were very red, swollen and sore. I was unable to sleep because I became so congested. - this cleared up each day after being out of the building. Other people from my group noted the same thing. It is unfortunate as this hotel is four or five star rating in all other ways. Perhaps a good duct and ventilation cleaning could remedy this.
