When we arrived learned the pool was closed. No mention of this on the listing with Expedia. Kids were bummed. They arranged for you to use another hotels pool but that is a huge hassle to drag your kids around to swim. But couldn't cancel without losing money. Room was clean. First night was quiet. Second night we had some loud people above us. Sounded like the ceiling was going to come crashing down.

The experience overall was great.

Hair all over bathroom shower and in bedsheets. Pool broken down. Rattling AC/ Heater. Arrived to trash sitting in hallway.

We got assigned a quiet room as requested at time of booking. The AC is modern and QUIET and works efficiently. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on it. We will come here again.

Required me to check in again when I extended my stay. Very difficult to get to room including having to climb stairs

A pretty decent place to stay

We liked that staff read and satisfied our request for a quiet room and managed to give us the same room we had during a previous visit. The AC is a modern window unit, that is very quiet and efficient. We are glad that there is attention to that in a hotel. Most hotels in this price range often have window units that are extremely noisy and very inefficient. The room was clean, parking was easy, the windows managed to isolate from the outside noise well enough. We didn't have breakfast at the property so we cannot comment on that. If only the door to the corridor where noise insulated... ;)

Employees are friendly

It was very confusing getting around the hotel but everything else was good.

I've stayed here about 4 times in the past few years. Always loved it as it was clean, nice and dog friendly. However, the room they gave us this time had a king sized bed with the biggest sag in the middle that neither of us, nor the dog could avoid the middle! Two people and a dog sleeping in the middle of a king sized bed makes for a very uncomfortable night!

We just stayed one night at the best Western. The registration staff was wonderful. Very friendly, efficient, fun. The property is getting older. The room was basically clean but things are older. The stairway squeaked. Breakfast was fine. Would stay there again if needed to be in that location.

This is right off i-15. There are a lot of places to eat close by. Would stay again.

The first room wreaked of cigarettes and the pool was not available for use and there were needed repairs..

Quiet other than the airplanes in the morning. Good breakfast! Bed was a bit bouncy and the pillows were not great but that’s a personal preference thing. They had our keys ready and everything when we got there. Nice folks :-)

Friendly staff, quiet, secure.

FD staff were warm and accommodating. Lobby areas and the breakfast D/RM were well appointed and clean. Our room (419) was very clean & comfortable. Checkout was a breeze.
