My stay was just one night. Only thing is paving area needs to be redone. Pebbles and cracked pavement were a little bit of a nuisance when walking and trying to not trip. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

I genuinely don’t like the TV. Instead of normal one if you place smart TV that will be a great help for people to stay . It was raining outside and there is nothing on Tv either YouTube or we are not even able to connect our phones to play something else. My suggestion is Atleast place smart tv

The view from our window was excellent. If there would have an elevator it would have been more comfortable for us. We had to lift the stroller every time we went out.

We made a last minute decision to stop on the during a long drive home. It was so nice to see a friendly, helpful person. The young lady at the desk was so great. Very helpful, and welcoming

The hotel is good, service is good, but they had no internet for three days and they gave us lame excuses and lies saying that the whole town did not have internet etc., then it was re-programming, then needed some equipment ... always changing the story.

We stayed for one night at the Comfort Inn. We were attending a wedding at a lake house close by. It is a great option. Very conveniently located off the highway, close to shopping and restaurants. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and friendly. The breakfast served the next day was delicious and got us on our way. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel as we were basically in and out but we felt safe, lots of parking and perfect for our overnight stay in Parry Sound. We would highly recommend.

The room was good and comfortable. I hair strand in the bathroom kind of ruined the first impression. Also, having to park in the MacDonald's parking didn't help a lot. We stayed only one night so it was ok.

Toilets are too low for a person 6 feet 3 inches tall

Room 126 desperately needs a new mattress! There is a big sagging dip on the right hand side that makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on, especially if you are a couple. For $200 a night I would expect a flat level supportive bed. After all, this is a hotel room and people come here to sleep!!! Replace your mattresses at least every 10 years for god sake!!! Overall, the room was decent size and relatively clean with good water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly as well. A few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

Travelled with small children and a crawling infant. Originally booked a ground floor but was given 2nd floor which we had to climb upstairs with 2 small children and an infant. Room was dirty. Toilet was stained and found a pubic hair on the toilet seat. Washroom smelled like dirty rags. My infant was crawling and put a gummy she found In her mouth. We did not bring any gummies into the room. Hair shampoo and conditioner dispenser is attached to wall and conditioner was empty. Breakfast was okay, decent options of cooked eggs and waffle maker. Issue is breakfast is until 9am. Another patron asked for eggs at 8:40 and the employee name Perry was quite rude saying it was too late to turn on the grill. The gentleman said he was gluten free and was hoping to have eggs. The staff member was very rude to the other patron when he asked the staff’s name. Will not return and prefer the other inn across the street.

We wanted a main floor room with outdoor sitting which we did get but I could not open the sliding door. My husband finally got it open with a lot of trouble. They need new sliding doors. Also the bill we received from the Comfort Inn was $191 plus tax. The bill from Expedia was $241 plus taxes. I thought it was cheaper going through Expedia???

Liked welcoming staff. Dislike limited dining room and option for breakfast and no elevator. Will never choose this place or recommend it to anyone

The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. All amenities that we could need were available. The staff checking us in were friendly and helpful. We have used comfort inns for many years in Ontario and Quebec and found them to be good and reliable.

Overall clean and the bed was very comfortable - more so than I would have expected for a discount hotel. There were many breakfast options and friendly staff.

Warning to families do not go here! It’s full of Hydro crews and other workmen. Normally that’s fine but the whole place smells like a bad locker room and mouldy socks. I was travelling with my 19 year old daughter and these perverts were propositioning her at every turn while drinking and getting high just outside the entrance. It’s filthy in every respect. Run down and every room is full so they will charge you an arm and a leg. Breakfast runs out by 730 am. The guys take everything and management frankly don’t care to replenish because they have a full house. I will never return

Location of hotel was good. The receptionist was very helpful recommending restaurant for supper. Hotel was clean and had good breakfast
