Great, clean and very easy accessible to all shopping areas..very happy with out stayed

All the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, ample space and nice. Coffee was hot and breakfast was good. A little noisy because of the highway but not horrible

Nice, clean place to hang your 👒 for the night. Super close to the mall and many great restaurants. Friendly staff and the breakfast looked good with more variety than most, althought we did not eat any.

The room is nice, and the hotel is located near the KOP mall, which is very convenient. However, it is also near the highway, so the ongoing traffic may be troublesome to light sleepers.

Stayed one night on the way home from visiting family. Staff are friendly and professional. Room was very clean and inviting. Kitchener was a bonus. The free breakfast was okay. Would definitely stay here again?

The HVAC system was as loud as a jet engine. When I told the person at the front desk, he said “sir you have to understand that these systems make noise”. I told him I have actually used such systems that never made this much noise

The rooms were fantastic include kitchen with dishwasher. Sofa to watch TV and hammock to kick your feet up. Clean room. The outside parking lot didn't seem that safe. The breakfast had plenty just no flavor to the food.

Excellent location for quick access to Philadelphia, which is what i needed. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the pillows.

Blinds were non operational couldn’t let the natural light in. I would suggest a bath mat for inside tub as it was somewhat slippery. Breakfast was very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean with comfy beds and pillows!

It was ok. First room was good, except the ring of mold around bathroom fixtures.
The second night I was in a different room. The first room smelled odd. Extremely cheap flowery overwhelming as though they were trying to cover something up. I just couldn't do it, so I ended up with a different room.

Only spent one night, and glad of it. The room was nice. One of the reasons we chose it is because the reveiws specifically mentioned thagt the rooms were clean. And it was. The room was quite nice. However, with that said, the heater/airconditioner was noisy, I finally turned it off around midnight. The other problem was the hotels proximity to the highway. Convenient, I suppose, but noisy. We listened to trucks and cars all night. Maybe a room on the other side of the hotel would have been better. Maybe. We got very little sleep and that was our only reason for stopping. It was just one night on a business trip before we moved on. Niether my wife nor I were happy campers the next day. Like I said, nice rooms, just noisy.

The people were very nice. The room was bad, needed to fit 3 people, so we only had 1 option. The blinds were broken and dirty. There was coffee splatters on the wall, pillows were lumpy, the couch bed was made for small children, not adults. Blood smear on the bathroom wall. The location was good.

Very loud at night people screaming running through hallways yelling. No hot water at all. I stayed there two nights over the weekend and there was NO HOT water. Had to shower in cold water.

This isn’t my first time here but , this stay will definitely have me coming back not just for the comfort of the hotel but the staff and service. At first it was a little bumpy with my room smelling like dead mice and a couple items broken . But once my room was changed the stay only got better . BIG THANKS TO CHARMAINE

Had three different rooms because of broken lock, key not working. Wifi never connected. But super clean and comfortable.
