Nasty!! This place is gross. Sticky floors, bed was horrible, vomit in parking lot, had not been dusted in months. Couch had sheet for seat cover and no way I was going to look under it. Save yourself. He somewhere else and read other reviews. I am sure they will come back with” we will take this into consideration” maybe should actually do that. Dump!! Nasty!! Do not stay

Do not stay here! As if the roach infested room weren't enough, the manager didn't ask to see the video of the roaches I reported. The hotel staff was loud, banging equipment around early in the morning. Now comes the worst part: Shortly after checking in, I went to lunch for about 45 minutes. When I returned, someone had clearly been in my room. The tv was off and the remote had been placed in an odd spot, the hair dryer was plugged back in, my bag had been gone through, the laminated map of the building was across the room on the floor, someone has clearly sat on the bed, and my $25 charger was missing. I always leave the tv on when leaving a hotel room, I had unplugged the hairdryer and plugged in my charger, my bag was in disarray, the bed had not been touched when I left, and I left the charger by the bathroom sink. I called the front desk immediately, not asking for a refund, but just wanting to know what happened. I waited one hour with no viable answers except I was making it up. So, I called the police and they finally arrived. The cop was professional and courteous, but also thought no one was in there and I a must have misplaced my charger. They did offer a refund and I could find another hotel. I had traveled to St Augustine to attend a concert that started in 45 minutes and all the hotels were sold out. I didn't have much of a choice, so I stayed and spoke with the manager the next morning when checking out. That went absolutely nowhere.

Booked a trip to take my grandson and daughter-n-law to St Augustine for the 1st. The beach entrance was right across the street which was convenient. The hotel was 29 mins from the historic part of St Augustine which was convenient as well. Definitely will book again there. Front desk clerk was very helpful and professional. All staff we came in contact with was polite and courteous. Felt right at home.

Was a nice experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

We checked in with Michael and he was nice. However, one room was locked from the inside, one room was trashed and the others were good, but we were supposed to have 5 rooms all together and that wasn’t possible after one was nasty and one being locked. Ground is not level in many places and pool is NOT heated. Beds and pillows were comfy.

The hotel was fine and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and inviting. The hotel is located on the beach road so there was a lot of traffic as it was bike week in St. Augustine Beach. When we checked in the room was clean and ready for us. Very noisy at night because of bike week but the noise stopped around 10pm. We did have a housekeeping issue n that the room was not cleaned our attended to 4 of our 5 days/nights. No fresh towels, no change of sheets, no “refresh” and we let the front desk know twice. The room was finally cleaned, new towels place and bed linens changed in time for our last night so at least 2 days we were very happy with our room. Despite the problems, we would stay there again because of the price, the location (close to beach, close to downtown and close to our family. They just need to be more attentive to issues. I don’t recall the Saturday night manager’s name but he and the day manager Kate get our 👍 for their help.

VERY DIRTY, SMELLS VERY BAD. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I COULD,T SLEEP WELL.
