Friendly staff, clean lobby area & room was clean sheets smelled great.

Service was excellent.
The shower had mold around shower head and faucet, paint was peeling off tub.
Towel were old and thin.

Had to switch rooms because there was no remote went to call the front desk. There was no way to call the front desk because the phone didn’t have a cord. (Husband went to sit down on the toilet seat and it was broke and he almost fell and hurt himself.

I had asked for a non smoking room. Obviously that was not the case. The smell of cigarettes was nauseating.

Reasonable price, clean and conveniently located. Property spaces are undergoing some renovations. Unfortunately the unit next door is one block f them. A smoke alarm kept chirping du to a low battery on occasion. Other than that all was good.

The heat was not working and I froze while trying to sleep. Blanket was the thinest I've ever had which didn't help.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. This was a great choice for an overnight stay.

Being right next to a great restaurant, The Oasis, really enhanced our stay at Days Inn Kuttawa.

I’ve stayed at days inn hotels quite a bit and this Property was old looking. It needs to be updated with some paint and the maintenance needs to be done correctly not just hacked backed together

The gentlemen at the front desk was very nice! The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great. Rooms were very clean. Had a small breakfast option but hotel was conveniently by a couple gas stations & a Wendy’s!

Bathroom was not cleaned, soap & hair in tub. Dirty washcloths over shower curtain. Wall behind bathroom door had giant hole, glued piece in place, but was falling out.... questionable if bed was changed....

There was hole in the wall beside air conditioner. One outlet was shock hazard and no coffee pot in room. Continital breakfast wasn’t that good

This is the second year in a row that I made reservations ahead of time and when we get there to check in they can not find my reservation. Luckily they had a room but I make a reservation for a reason and have a confirmation number and they can find it in your system. They wanted to charge me $50 more than what my confirmation said I wouldn’t pay it so she worked it out . Probably won’t stay there next year when we come !!!

Cigarette butts everywhere. There was trash in the garbage can in my room when I checked in. Roaches were the kicker.

Had to get a smoking room because it was only one left and it stunk bad. Sprayed antibacterial all over and still couldn’t get rid of the smell. Couldn’t open a window to get fresh air.

Pool was closed, wash machine broken, continental breakfast was sparse, rooms in poor condition.. door has multi layers of pealing paint, headboard was damaged, bathroom door is too low to floor... can't shut it with bathmat rug, had giant dehumidifier by bed....rooms just tired, no maid service unless you stay 4 days, but feel free to go get your own towels

Surprisingly a very well maintained property. Very safe, close enough to walk yo a restaurant that is amazing!

Location was good. Room did not smell good when we got there, but aired out fine. A good place to eat within walking distance, but fairly pricey. You need to know that all rooms have an outside entrance. If you are on the second floor, there is only one stairway. The front desk did offer to help bring our luggage upstairs. Property date, but rooms seemed clean.

Television was terrible. There were a few bugs in bathroom. The toilet made the worst noise and was extremely loud.

I love the check in. The staff was organized, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

The young lady at the front desk upon arriving was not friendly and appeared annoyed. She must’ve been having a bad day.
The carpet in the room was very damp and I had to place towel on the floor to walk.

Food was poorly prepared, had gnats in the bread box. Nothing much for a diabetic, but a lot of dry muffins and sweets. Otherwise the stay was fine.
