I was charged for two nights lodging as well as no show charges for the same dates! Desk clerk was totally confused upon my checkin.

I never leave hotel reviews, so I’ll keep it short and sweet: rooms are irreparably dirty (spider webs, unidentified dried residue on the floors and all the furniture, and mice!!! in the rooms!!!), bathrooms aren’t much better (I ended up buying flip flops from the nearby dollar tree to shower), breakfast buffet is below average and overpriced. The 7th floor is a rundown version of the 5th floor but I can’t speak to the rest of the floors. Hopefully all the renovations going on can fix this place but I’m skeptical. The gym is closed due to ongoing repairs. Only stay here if you really need to…

It is a very nice and beautiful place that I think anyone wishes to stay for a vacation. The staff there was so nice and they were always there to help us out when we did things wrong with the key. They were there to make it work again. Can't wait to be back soon. Once again thank you guys so much for making our stay a beautiful and nice one.

Someone left the managers car on blocks right at front door tuff area!

Kind of an overall unprofessional feel too the place. Nonemployees hanging out at front desk in evening and overnight, clouds is weed smoke in rolling under doors in hallways, construction noise in building, general disrepair in common areas (other than lobby which was fine). I expect a little bit more from Holiday inn

Property charged my an extra $181.40 and after calling multiple times was told they don’t know where that money was taking from but to dispute it with my bank. The front desk employee was extremely rude when we went to check in and another group of friends of ours staying a floor below us found a cockroach in their room.

They are in the process of renovating so hopefully some of what I had issues with will be fixed. The property and rooms are very dated: the lights in the rooms were delayed, our fridge wasn’t even plugged in when we got there and didn’t work once plugged in, the outlets were worn so things wouldn’t stay in the plugs, half the TV channels didn’t work.

I Love the Location! Close to various Eating and Shopping venues. They have too much going on with renovations and you don't know about them until you actually arrive and booked already.

The property is close (next door) to the venue where i attended a private function; so the location was excellent.
Unfortunately the hotel has not been updated or modernize since I stayed there over ten years ago.
Does offer a buffet breakfast for $15👍

Property was in disrepair, room had stained furniture, bed lacked a headboard, coffee maker did not work. Staff was not attentive or welcoming. Met the need of a bed for the night, but I would not stay here again. Does not live up to the Hilton reputation.

I had come in for a conference. The front desk staff were rude. The room had roaches and ants. The gym was not functional. When I questioned them about the issues the answer that I got was the hotel is under renovation. There are other good low cost hotels around. Had to book an earlier flight just to get away soon. I forgot to take pictures of the mess probably because I was so done with it. Do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s better to rent a car and stay in it.

Property under renovations and I was not told. Pool was closed and it wasn’t posted. Staff at front desk wasn’t welcoming and could answer a single question and didn’t seem to care that she couldn’t. Hotel was gross and filthy so I’d look elsewhere. I always stay at Holiday Inn but this one needs to be closed until it’s refurbished .

The room had mold in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned for the majority of the tay after repeatedly informing them. They reimbursed us for two nights but overall it was a bit disappointing. The hotel is in a peaceful area and close to the amenities so not a bad location to be. They are also going under refurbishment.

Got a handicap room. No shower chair although one receptionist said she would send one up. Didn’t show up in three days. Other one was very rude. Is being renovated so no laundry or rec room. Services supervisor was very helpful when my wife locked door and wouldn’t answer.

Close to the highway. Property was under construction but was still quite. Check in and out was efficient. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and it was clean and comfortable.

The facility is convenient and in a serene environment. It only needs some rehabilitation. I did not like the fact that I was without bathing soap or shower gel on the first night; such services should be readily available.

The room rate was low, but the quality of the hotel and staff were lower. Our room was right over the boiler or utility room. There was an annoying hum and the bed was sightly vibrating. Carpet we not clean. Staff was okay, but not very professional.
