I believe they are understaffed. Reception had a sign that said on premises but not available. 3 parties including myself waited 20 minutes in lobby with no one to attend. The phones were also ringing off the hook. Young lady showed up with a spray and rag. Also the reservation name and property name were not the same.

Our room looked like it had been part of a hit. Some of the lights didn’t work, there was unfinished patch work on the walls and ceiling, there was a mysterious wet patch on the floor of the bathroom and I had to kill a bug within 20 minutes of our arrival. We ultimately did not stay the night for our reservation.

I always stay at this location this was the first time it was DIRTY the room was clean but I went inside to use the restroom and the shower was filthy. There was a roaches scattered in the bathroom and also the room. This morning before we had left house keeping came in even though we made ourselves known!! If we didn’t put the hook on the door she would have walked into me changing.

The manager Lori and the pie faced girl at the front desk both lacked any customer service skills, and I think they both hate people of color and need to be fired. There are a lot of night time criminal behavior that management are aware of but don’t deal with. The maids are lazy and a joke. There are homeless sleeping around property even in elevator.

We have not stayed at LaQuinta on our last two trips to California because, on our previous stays, the motel was becoming so run down. The bedding seem to be unclean. This time we decided to stay because it was less expensive per night. We were satisfied with our stay

This was the worst hotel ever. We were willing to look past the old bathroom and even the fan in the bathroom that can’t be turned off but this place let 4 homeless crackheads into the breakfast area and load up on food. This went on for ann hour. They even returned to refill. They took over 10 bagels and multiple waffles, etc. the front desk girl did not care. She was listening to her music and watching her phone while it was all happening. She (I think Diana) was nice but could care less about the situation. I asked for bath towels because there were only 2 towels in the room and she said she only had 1 left so we had to share towels. Our toilet wouldn’t flush toilet paper. They said they’d send someone to fix it. Never was fixed in the 3 days there. We had a second room reservation for my parents that we requested was on the first floor, or near an elevator or on the same side as our room. They gave them a room on the 3rd floor, opposite side of the building and nowhere near the elevator. I could go on and on about this place. They are very close to a hotel that rents by the hour. Do not go here.

A lot of sketchy people around the hotel we went to eat at the ihop and someone did a dine and dash didn’t pay for their food our next door neighbors in the other room were very loud all through the night cussing and yelling not to mention the floors had paint smears and the graffiti in the rooms carved into the hairdryers and the smell of smoke in the non smoking room definitely will not be going back to this hotel again

Check in was fast , when getting to the room found it to be dirty floors throughout with stains , didn’t smell good . Room needed maintenance in the bathroom area . Beds were not comfortable.
