Great stay! Check in was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were on the 9th floor and views were beautiful. Only issue was the hotel is a little noisy at times. Walls are thin, and outside noise could be heard at night and bushes being trimmed at 5am in the morning. Not good but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Picked this hotel because of the close proximity to Disney Springs, easy 10 minute walk! Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our 2 free drinks at the bar. And a nice breakfast in the morning!

Excellent service from the staff. Very comfortable beds. Good balcony in our room which overlooked the excellent heated pool. We could watch the EPCOT fireworks. Very close to Disney Springs and the transport to the parks.

Our stay with convenient due to location. 10 minute walk to Disney Springs room was nice. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

We needed a room within walking distance of Disney Springs for one night and this hotel ticked those boxes. Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The design of the building means that the noise of breakfast carries up to the rooms in the morning, which was a little irritating.

Unfortunately I booked this hotel for my daughter as a gift. They were in room 123, water seemed to be going through the walls from the shower, the floor was soaking wet next to the bed. It was a short stay, and they chose not to change rooms so they could spend their time at Disney. The hotel offered to bring in a blower when they were out, which it appeared they didn't. They gave them new towels, but left the soaking wet towels on the floor. They chose not to shower before coming home due to issue, we live only a 2 hour drive away. We would not book at this hotel again.

I honestly thought the pictures made this property look a little better than what I saw in person. The property was clean and staff were incredibly nice. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony room facing the pool and the music playing at the pool could be heard right through the sliding door, along with any screaming kid that was there. Our door latch looked like someone had kicked in the door and instead of replacing the door they just patched it back on. That gave me an uneasy feeling.

If you're a solo traveler and happened to get sick during your trip, this is the worst hotel to be at: phone didn't work, so I couldn't call Front desk, had to go in person (with fever and all) to get amenities or eat something. Grab and Go had very few food choices (only one sandwich), coffee was awful (it was a capsule, but super intense), housekeeping kept leaving only one capsule per day, and put the tissues back in the bathroom instead of leaving them where they where. Staff was very confused about my situation, like if it was their first day. No room service (I was supposed to order food in person from the lounge, where they didn't really have food, the restaurant was in the other tower). My first sick day I didn't have anything to eat all day and night (thanks for that). My advice? If you're travelling solo, be prepared to take care of your own needs. It's a good hotel in a great location, but not worth your money for the treatment received. Or maybe they should take better care of their staff, or put a sign on every phone saying the buttons don't work anymore.

Great location and within walking distance to Disney Springs. Staff was very nice and helped with all of our questions.
We only used the free shuttle service to the parks once, as it took about 30-40 minutes for a drop off, they stop at other hotels to pick up guests. We used Uber the rest of the time, as it cost between $8-$15 per trip and the wait time is under 10 minutes usually.
The rooms were clean and spacious. We had to track down some non-decaf Keurig cups each morning for our coffee machine because the cleaning staff would for some reason only give us decaf. Other than that, the service was great.
Breakfast was included in our rate and we enjoyed the buffet each morning. They had an omelet station, and you can make your own waffles.
The hotel also provided a free coffee station in the lobby for guests that wanted to take a coffee to go early in the morning. I think this was a great touch and was really appreciated!

My family and I had an easy time getting around with the shuttles and walking to Disney springs. It was very easy to navigate and everyone was super friendly !

The staff were outstanding. Everyone we encountered were just wonderful. Customer service is clearly a priority for all.
We booked three rooms. Two needed to be adjoining but were far from it. One was on ninth floor tower, one was second floor wing. Despite putting this on the reservation and calling the hotel prior to our stay, it was not accommodated. There was also a very strong and unpleasant odor in our wing room. Bad enough to flare up my asthma. The AC was also not working causing a pretty unpleasant night. The hotel did make every effort to change our room after the first night. Still not adjoining but much better experience.

Great hotel for the price. This is exactly what i was looking for for our trip. Its clean and walking distance to Disney Springs. Disney park shuttles available by the hour. Cute pool area. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel in good location. Resort fees were outrageous. Could have stayed in a Disney hotel once fees were added in. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Wish they had a real coffee shop for breakfast. Only choices were grab and go packaged food or buffet. Breakfast buffet was $28!!!

the staff was very friendly. I was a bit disappointed that by time I was given the information on the shuttle service to the parks that the early time slot was no longer available. the room next to me was very noisy and the walls were very thin so it was hard to get sleep as they were noisy pretty late into the evening. I also wish there was some better breakfast options. I didn't want to pay that much for a breakfast buffet when other area hotels offer free breakfast.

Every employee went out of their way to greet us and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location of this hotel was perfect for enjoying the night life at Disney springs. The balcony and being able to see fireworks from our room was perfect for traveling with a little one- mom and dad could still enjoy the room after our little one went to bed.

We didn’t come to go to the Disney Parks, but we went to Disney Springs and the location was great. The manager who checked me in upgraded us to a better view and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and I will stay here again in the future.

Room was good, staff was friendly. But they make it seem like the have a continental breakfast. For serve your self and barley having anything. It cost over $60. That’s pretty steep for waffles and cheap bacon and eggs.

All staff members were very Friendly and Helpful. Clean rooms and pool area. Close and easily walkable to Disney Springs.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom sink had not been cleaned. The carpets in hallway on 12th floor were not vacuumed while we were there. There was a candy wrapper we laughed about still laying in the middle of the hallway each day. Overall the hotel was pleasant.
Bartender was a bit of a douche to a couple people. That may have been justified. Just an observation.

We booked reservations separately for the same type of room but they couldn't accommodate us staying in one room for the entire trip and we had to change rooms. No offer of assistance or allowance for us to move bags so we had to pack up everything into the car and then unpack again the next night.
Also, our first room was on the fifth floor and the locks on the balcony doors did not work properly which cause significant stress as we had a very active 2 year old in the room with us and couldn't lock the door.

Hotel is well placed within walking distance from Disney springs! But since my family arrival i mentioned to the front desk that the safe in the room was not working, they told me everytime that they will send someone to fix it, was there for 9 days and nothing got fixed, also in 3 ocations the cleanning crew took the old towels and left no clean ones, i had to call the front desk to have them bring those to the room, and last but not least important, I talked to the front desk since at the elevator area on our fifth floor, there was a heavy disgusting vomit smell and on our full 9 day stay, nothing was taken care off.
