The service was garbage. The front desk personnel were not knowledgable and could not help me out. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Noisy from hallway, noisy from elephants above us… first night we were woken by the breakfast lobby set up @ 5:30am with chairs grinding across the floors, then all the food station being set up and banging against our room wall! The front desk assured me it would be quiet when I asked after seeing the proximity to the breakfast lobby. Would have had a better sleep in the car!

We were in Room 321 which had a king-sized bed. It was very clean and spacious. Only thing what was not the best, was the room facing the highway.
If you are a light sleeper this will absolutely disrupt your sleeping. Also the mini fridge was quite loud while in the cooling cycle.

The fire alarm went off every single night at 4:50am and the staff were unapologetic about the situation. We were there for 3 nights. We will never come back to this hotel. Terrible experience.

Lovely size rooms with mini fridge, microwave , coffee maker ( please add more tea pods for us non coffee drinkers😊)

We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool / hot tub but they did look very clean and inviting !

Close to the Abbotsford Airport. Really good Ricky's restaurant attached. Breakfast from 6:30 am came with the room cost. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Beds comfortable with lots of pillow options.

This was an unexpected stay for us sort of last minute and it worked out great. The number one thing I care about is cleanliness and our room was good. The tub was quite old but they had done a decent update and again it was clean. Breakfast was good too and the staff were great.

So the power turned off twice and lights kept flickering during our stay. They told us it was cause too many things on, but wasnt the case, they had to turn the braker on twice... The rest tho was good, breakfasts great, pool nice and rooms were clean.

The stay was good, check in was prompt, breakfast was really good with lots of hot options so I loved that, I caught a quick glimpse of the pool and it looked alright, beds were comfortable enough, road noise from highway was loud so bring a white noise machine. Overall a good stay.

Nice place, clean room, comfy beds. The main doors to the room don’t block out enough noise, could hear people in the hallway and them opening and closing their doors. Buffet breakfast was really good.

The staff was very accommodating,the room was very clean,the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable.My only complaint was it’s noisy because it’s by the freeway,perhaps the hotel could supply ear plugs.Stayed one night but very satisfied.

So ive stayed here everytime im in Abbotsford this is best hotel in town . The staff is great the rooms are super clean with most comfortable beds .there free breakfast is best one ive come across the price is worth it

Windows are in such poor condition I had to wear ear plugs at night so I could muffle the sound of the highway. I had to check the windows to see if they were closed as the noise was so loud...sadly they were closed.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Wonderful breakfast staff. Very diligent and helpful.

The website and their check in times are different and the one lady who checked us in was not very friendly. The other employees were very nice. The other downer was the hottub bubbles didn’t work right, it would start up for a couple minutes then shut down.
