everything was as expected except for the breakfast: subpar with waffle batter being different every day:
- too thick or too liquid
when too liquid it was unusable and staff took a long time to clean the waffle iron

The staff was great. My shower did not get hot water at all that was disappointing. Other than that I was pleased with my stay.

We made a reservation for a king room with a sofa bed for 4 people. Front desk employees were friendly. Room was small, but sufficient size. I'm almost certain that our non-smoking room used to be a smoking room, because it definitely had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, and the entire hallway around our room had a strong cigarette odor. They didn't leave us any sheets, blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, and the sofa bed mattress was dirty with food crumbs. My husband went down to the front desk to ask for blankets. Around 40 minutes later, we called down since they hadn't arrived yet. When they did finally arrive, they brought us 2 sheets and that's it.
The bathroom was pretty bad. I considered not using the shower because it was gross. The shower had mold and the shower head was all rusty. Housekeeping really needs to spend more time on the shower. In the morning, our bathroom smelled strongly of pot, so I guess our neighbors must've been enjoying their morning smoke. I'm really not sure how this place has decent reviews. It wasn't the worst, but it definitely fits into the budget hotel category. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Our stay was Brief, but just like any other time we've stayed there, we've had great service and clean room. The bed was not comfy but that is the only complaint.

This hotel looks exactly like it does in the pic u see. They're very clean & hospitality was great. We will stay there again when we come to see family.

Horrible door locked behind us and we say around waiting for a couple hours for them to get in which they couldn’t. So we stayed in another room with none of our belongings or wallets all night.

I would not stay in this hotel again. I walked into the room, one pillow case purple stains all over the pillow case, one bed was gross, and the bed frame looked as if someone had wiped their boogers all over it. Felt like i needed to wear sandles in the shower. The door didnt lock properly. When I checked if someone could easily break into my room. They can. I shut the door and pushed slightly hard and th3 door just opened wirh easy when it should be locked.

Stayed in Room 242 which is at the end of a hall next to a heavy fire stair door that was broken and would not close. Makes anyone on that end a target for break-ins or burnouts. Will follow-up with the fire department. This is not ok.

Stay was nice for a quick overnight but not something I would choose again. Property was worn and dated. Rooms were clean but overused chemicals.

Was charged a pee fee at the hotel. Then they weren’t even aware I had a pet, although I booked that I had one! Then they switched me rooms. We didn’t check the room until we got back late that night/next morning and see they gave me a room with no tub. I was pretty upset about that.

It was so so, a little pricer than what it should be. Had to go get breakfast elsewhere, low stock and not much to choose from at the hotel's breakfast bar. Room was dirty, maybe reused sheets from previous guests

We left some items in the room, called that day after checkout (since we aren’t from that area) and they said they had our items and would mail them to us and we gave them our address. Never received anything so we called again and was told that our items were not there and they cannot mail them to us and that’s not something they do. Sounds like staff is stealing.

Room had a disgusting mold smell. Water was leaking out of the refrigerator all over the floor and had absorbed into the TV cabinet, likely causing the moldy smell. It permeated my clothes and cpap machine. Breakfast offering was some gross eggs with liquid pooled in the bottom of the pan, and sausage gravy and stale biscuits. No real protein offering.

The walls were pretty thin - it was noisy had to use ear plugs to sleep- this property has homeless living there, and probably working there. Many do not speak English. All were courtious though.
Also expedia told us our price for the 3 nights was a certain price and our price went up every night. What's with that?

They had an ok breakfast but in my room the outlet didn’t work right and we had to get our room keys redone every day. They offered laundry but not laundry soap. One of the doors to come in only worked have of the time. I will not be staying there again.

The lady subbing at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. I was allowed to check out the rooms and she switched us to other rooms when the lights did not work in one room.

Well it was a one night stand for a wedding, we showered, we left, come back sleep, and eat. We will come back again.

Two main questions before booking was about their breakfast and pool. Get checked in to find out they don’t have an inside pool as they said they did so couldn’t swim because of the rain!! Then their breakfast was very very slim after being told it was a full spread! Only reason we went there! The hotel smelled awful as well

Poor maintenance and needs updating. Door latch kept getting stuck open, soap container fell off wall in shower, sofa cushions were wet. We were there 2 nights and No maid service. Staff was fine. Was only $100 per night, so that was good. Breakfast was ok, coffee was good although they jept running out. Probably won't stay there again.

This hotel needs to be removed from your site. It was filthy, unsafe, and rude staff. Outside doors were propped open with bricks throughout the night with single males standing outside loitering. Screaming and slamming of doors constantly during the night, no answer at front desk when rang to complain. Bathroom was filthy, no room number, garbage in hallways, door unlocked upon arrival. Dog paced all night from the screaming and slamming of doors.

Called and asked if we could check in early. Was told yes but for there and was told no. Also I reserved it for 2 days for the pool and got there and the pool was still closed for the season. Here we were stuck with 3 rooms and 5 kids with nothing to do.

I purchased 6 night stay here for my brother to stay while he started a new job in the area (his apartment was not available yet), and I was a little disappointment ..
I reserved the room online, and he was going to pay with cash when he arrived, Before he could even say anything, they charged my card the full amount and they would not refund my card. I was not pleased with that considering it took over $500 from my debit card that I was not expecting to be taken.
He found what looked like puke on the chair in his room. The front desk did replace said chair. The internet was terrible, they do not have it password protected so anyone can use it, in return, it was not very fast. It took the shower over 10 minutes to get warm. The bathroom has no fan to help with moisture. For the price we paid through Expedia (which Ill never use again) The room was decent, I don't think I would ever rent from here again though. On the bright side, bed was clean, and sheets were clean. That is always a good thing!

I specifically booked a hotel with a pool as I was coming to town for a cheer competition with my child. Upon arrival I was greeted by an employee outside the front door smoking a cigarette who told me I had to come back in 30 minutes to check in. I was on purpose trying to avoid the rush of people at the 3pm time I've never had a problem checking in 30 minutes ahead of time before. Upon my arrival back I overheard other guests asking about the pool and they were told it wasn't open yet (it's the end of June but okay). These are things they should mention when you book your stay based on amenities before it's too late for you to change your mind. Needless to say we won't be back.

Very unsafe place to stay and they don’t care as long as they get their money. Stayed one night checked out the next morning because I’m safety and they will not return my refund for the next four days.

Staff were very friendly. We were disappointed in the breakfast. There was containers at the back of the property where we parked that had graffetti on them making that area look unsafe.

By 8:00 am All the scrambled eggs were gone , All the Muffins were gone . There was nothing left but Cerial , juice and coffee. When asked about it one of the women thought it was funny as if I just told her a joke.
I will never recommend anyone to stay there.

As I checked in the front desk denied I had a reservation even though I spoke with the manager two days in advance who guaranteed me she will have a crib for my infant child, I informed them that I will check in late as well. The front desk agent was very rude as I asked her what am I supposed to do at 1 o’clock in the morning with my family and my infant baby because our flight was delayed. The clerk replied “I had been there in this situation and was homeless once with nowhere to go, I don’t have a room for you.” Apparently, they have my room to someone else. I had to call Expedia agent who gave me a different confirmation number that allowed the front desk agent to find my reservation. Then she gave me a room that was occupied, someone was already asleep inside that room. Then they had to move me to another room. The following day, too many strangers kept opening my room door with their scanned key claiming that room was giving to them by the front desk. It was a very disappointing experience as we kept finding people opening the door on us with our child. I will never step a foot in such an unsafe place with unprofessional staff.
