Hotel was nice but repairs were being made, plastic over the windows so we were unable to lookout first floor was totally under construction and messy but it looks like hotel will be a nice place to stay once upgrades are complete.

The heater was set to where you couldn't raise the temperature, i was cold the whole stay, and the parking is made for compact to small cars. Large cars gets a little risky and can get hit by another car

Horrible. Rennovations going on. Hammering and whatever tools whirring at 7 am is NOT acceptable, especially on weekends. 9 am would have been a better time to start. Also weird film of oil? on floor in room
Wouldn't hurt to wipe the surrounding areas in lobby for dust. Putting a sign on other door to use other door would be helpful. Staff not friendly at all, try smiling and saying hello.Sad, because location isn't bad for visit to Huntington and some fun restuarants

The place is nice except the parking because spaces are tiny. There’s unpleasant smell through the hallway but its acceptable. The room looks same as in the picture and its clean.

I enjoy my stay here. The Only thing that can be better is the Refrigerator NEEDS to be Replaced it doesn’t work at all. But overall my stay was Great the Manager was very helpful.

The room was spacious and loved the privacy. I was not hassled or bother by the other people staying there or the staff.

Hotel is in the process of being updated. Right now there’s tired carpeting in the hallways. Room itself was clean with updated bath.

Went here for my 2nd anniversary with my girlfriend and it was a nice quiet and cozy. Recommend highly for anyone looking to get away for a night or more

Rooms were not even in a fair condition. Dressers were broken, carpets were filthy and to top everything off the bed sheets had food crumbs in between along with a big yellow stain. Even when we asked for new bed sheets they smelled old and dirty. The bathroom also had a moldy smell to it. We ended up rebooking with another hotel after a few hours of staying at Rodeway Inn & Suites because it just was not sanitary. Overall, we were really disappointed.

Hotel put us in a room next to the "construction zone" even though there were other empty rooms available. Morning noise was not acceptable. Room was dispointing to begin with.

Overall a nice place to stay, very comfortable beds and the shutters on the windows were a nice touch. Jacuzzi was clean and worked perfectly for relaxing with my girlfriend. Only complaints are the conditions of the carpet in the hallway and stairs, very dirty and stained. Also, the number of shady homeless and druggies lurking outside of the property, which isn’t necessarily the hotels fault but very off putting. Overall a solid 8/10

When I arrived I had to leave a cash $100 deposit, the 1st room they assigned me, the AC and TV would not work. Took 2 more hours until given a different room the had hair in the sink & shower. Had to pay for ice at the ice machine in the garage below.

The photos don't reflect the current state of the property. The hallways were dirty. The room was very musty, so much so that I was unable to stay because my allergies were affected and my family moved to another hotel. The paint was flaking off the walls in the room, and the carpet was filthy. I cannot recommend this hotel.

My only comment is regarding the cleanliness. I spilled some water in front of the refrigerator. When I cleaned it up, my paper napkin was black. So I would suggest mopping the floor once a week or so. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

The staff were very nice.
The carpet was old and extremely dirty looking. I know they cleaned daily but they need to replace the carpet. It made me feel yucky I had to keep my shoes on.
Also the refrigerator was not plugged in and didn’t seem to have an outlet to plug into. The tv remote also didn’t work well.

For the price this place was terrible. It needs to be remodeled, and the carpet was disgusting!! The only ok part was the staff /owners were very polite and friendly. I would never stay here again, this hotel reminded me of places I used to stay on tour with my Punk Rock band for around $50.00. The carpet was so gross, I didn't even want to set my suitcase on it much less walk on it even with socks on!

Really disappointed by the conditions at this hotel considering the price. The building is dirty and grungy. There was trash in the hallway leaving to our room. The couch cushions in our room were stained.
The sheets on our bed were stained and didn't even cover the entire length of the bed!
There were holes in the drywall and the furniture was beat up.

The area of the property was okay, the inside of the room drapes, carpet, and bedding was a lil nasty looking.

The place is run down. Everything about it can be updated and improved. The curtains are quite old and looks like it hasnt’ even get dusted.
Bathroom needs more heavy cleaning. Bed is ok, not as comfy.

The staff member was rude upon arrival. The pictures of hotel rooms were deceitful and not an accurate representation of the actual room. The hotel room was dirty, dingy and had a foul smell.

Not clean. Bad smells in hallways and lobby. Bad parking spots: small, dirty, scrapped up. Homeless people by parking lot starring hardcore.

The location is amazing! But that’s all, everything else didn’t work well. I stayed in a king bedroom with a jetted tub, and the tub was cleaner and more comfortable than the bed.
The rooms are outdated or just really dusty. The a/c even at its highest setting was really low, I’m use to all hotels even the cheap ones blasting the ac to cool the room. It took more than 5 hours for the whole room to be cooled down. The fridge was warm so we had to use the small freezer to cool our drinks down ( only 2 fit) and the ice machine was in the parking lot, no where near the rooms. I would definitely not stay here again, unless it’s winter or I’m desperate. But I think staying at the astros down the street is better for your buck 😭
