Extremely noisy hotel. The walls and doors were extremely flimsy. Doors do not close themselves and so everyone slammed their doors closed. That's all I heard all morning, noon, and night. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Way too hard. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 on a weekend! Wanted coffee at 10 and it was closed. No secured lock on top of door, and no placard to tell maids not to enter room. Would not stay again.

They switched us from The Days Inn to this Howard Johnson’s. It was further from the airport, not as nice - despite assurances - was cheaper but we didn’t get a refund. BS.

This was a stop during a road trip - close to all shopping/lots of food/restaurant choices! Be advised - no breakfast/coffee service due COVID-19 but room was sufficient for our stay.

The beds were so uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep the entire night. You could feel the springs just by laying your hand in the mattress. Also, the continental breakfast was canceled due to covid, but that wasn’t mentioned until after we boomed the hotel, checked in, and woke up the next morning looking for the breakfast room. And that was the whole reason we booked that specific hotel. They didn’t give us any vouchers to eat out, no discounts on the room. Seriously think the world is using covid as an excuse to justify awful customer service.

Nice hotel love the outside which is yellow my favorite color. Very clean, friendly staff, nice location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Room was clean and comfortable overall. Just wish it had been arranged a bit differently to be more comfortable. The rate was decent, but pool, breakfast and other amenities were closed due to COVID so I wish it had been discounted to account for things being closed. Desk staff was very friendly and check in was easy.

Annoying doorkeys kept having to be reset. Was there only one night and had to go up to the front desk for a key 5 times. Old tired furniture dirty carpet. Internet worked well. Breakfast was cold and limited

We didn’t like the property at all. It did not look like what the website displayed. We will never come back to this hotel. The beds are hard, bathroom very small, specially for two people.

Everything was perfect! Friendly frond-desk staffs, beautiful hall and environment. Room is clean with comfortable beds.
Nice to have gym and indoor pool, even though a little small.

The property was affordable, in a great location, and clean! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, and complimentary which I love. Only complaint is the bed was not the comfiest. Overall good stay.

I did not like the way the person who checked us in acted. He was unwelcoming and called me by the wrong name. Then, he demanded my license when I told him my name and seemed to suggest he had no idea who I was. He did find my reservation but it was all handled badly.

Dirty. The carpet was filthy, garbage cans overflowing, many roach traps visible at breakfast.

everything was great. the shuttle driver to the air port at 4am(7/24/19) was very nice and helpful spite the early morning. best shuttle ive had in years. thank you.
