The walls here were so thin, that the maids who were talking in the hallway at 4am woke me up. I did have to confront one of the maids for being so loud, I felt bad about this, but the maids should already know that people are still sleeping at 4am. Then in my room there was a used washrag hanging above the showerhead. So whoever cleaned it must not have even cleaned the shower. The towels were also dirty, 2 of the 3 towels in my room either had a chunk of dark hair embedded into the fabric, the other towel had two big black stains on it. If you stay here, I'd recommend ear plugs and bringing your own towel. Maybe even your own cleaning spray. I forgot to mention, even the mirrors in the rooms were dirty.

I will not be staying here again.
We had a suite and the doors to the bathroom didn’t even latch. The tub was dirty, the wall by the toilet needed to be washed, we were suppose to have a king bed and it was a queen. The refrigerator we couldn’t even use it was gross and wasn’t clean, the main door one of the locks were broke. We didn’t have enough towel let alone set of towels. The little container of shampoo ,conditioner ,and lotion were opened and used the lotion was completely empty.

The two queen beds room is a little bit narrow, but quite long. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable with 4 choices of pillows. Breakfast was good with many choices. The checkout staff was extremely friendly. We were very pleased with one night stay.

It was ok. Rooms are very outdated and had peeling paint on the doors. Carpet is very old looking. Semi-clean. Not really impressed. The gal at the front desk however was very friendly and helpful...

Our room had not been cleaned and was not ready when we checked in at 7pm. They were able to clean it before we returned from dinner at 9pm.
Breakfast items were not replenished frequently, so we missed eggs most days. Same with coffee.
Cleaning service of the room was not offered at all over 3 night stay.
Bed was comfortable, hotel was pretty quiet even though there were two traveling sports teams.

Compared to most $100/night rooms, La Quinta was very good because it had engineered hardwood floors and it was very clean. Otherwise, the common areas were in need of updating. The breakfast was poor.....though there was hot items like liquid eggs and sausage (may as well have come with a salt shaker as they were soooo salty) and pancakes.....fruit selection was terrible....overall the breakfast environment was unapetizing. So, don't stay here for the breakfast....otherwise, a good choice.

The hotel was average but not somewherre Id stay again for the price. It is in need of updating and cleaning . Our room had the deadbolt broken off the door frame.... not comforting

The parking lot was an icy mess with little to no sidewalk clearing. We had to wait until the main lady finished training a new person on whatever they were doing on the computer, instead of checking us right in. Once in the room we were both to uncomfortable to sit on the heavy stained couch or chairs. The carpet was equally as gross. Bathroom was clean though it was supplied with tattered towels. The pillows were hard and the bed was pretty hard too. Lucky for us we were just passing through and only spent a total of 8 hrs in the room. What a dump.

Upon arrival I was immediately concerned. The hallway and stairs were unkept. After entering our room we found a French fry on the floor, Dirty floors, hair in the sheets, and hair on the toilet. We immediately requested a refund and left promptly.

Im staying in helena for work and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and when we asked if they did extended stays she saidnyes but she would need to talk to her gm abt how long we would need to stay! The place us lovely. Very clean, rooms are on the smaller side but are very nice.

Quick in and out...Accesible bathroom was a bathtub with extra grab bars.. not walk in with bench. Vinyl flooring was not warm more suitable for construction crews than elderly tourists. Bed was good ... linens and towels were clean. Breakfast.. the usual stuff.. no fresh fruit. Overall well managed and clean but aimed at a different demographic trhan us.

They put us in the room right next to the elevator. It was loud all night, and when brought up to the staff they just replied with"yeah thats how that room is"

The room was not clean and the front desk took far too much time to check us in. I have problems with the Pet charge. They put you in a room that wasn’t clean that is meant for pets and charge you $25.00 for no extra work for the cleaner

Our one night stay was good. The people offered great service and the place was fairly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

For the money we spent we expected better. Hall ways were poorly kept. Room was ok but nothing special. I seldom stay in LaQuinta's cause the price is usually more than I want to spend for a night's stay. This experience was far below my expectation.

The room we were given was right next to the elevator and there were other rooms available. This room should not be given until all other rooms are booked - it was sooo noisy! The hotel is older and not typical Wyndham quality, we were very disappointed. The breakfast food was poor, no bananas, terrible eggs.

The pictures that we saw online of this property were pretty deceiving. The first problem with the property is that it’s on a one-way, so makes it a little inconvenient to reach. When we arrived to the property, the parking lot was jampacked and the available parking spaces were torn up like they were working on the ground or like they had never been completed? More of a gravel. This made it a little tough to find parking space. The property around the hotel was kind of dirty and entering the building it looked dirty as well. Our room was a king room that we upgraded from a double clean four. But it was really shabby. The shades in the room were rickety. The lamps were bent, and overall nothing special for what we paid. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, the Days Inn that we stayed in prior to this one was much better in my opinion and also cheaper.

After having a terrible experience with another hotel a block away, Expedia was able to relocate my family to La Quinta and we couldn't have been happier. Very friendly staff, well lit common rooms and hallways, heated outdoor pool and decent hot breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
