The beach view was amazing!! It was a beautiful place! The room could have been cleaner, but it was good. There was a squeal in the bathroom that goes all the time, we think it’s the hot water heater, it was very annoying. But over all we had a great time. Communication with beach rentals could be better, no one ever text our room code or welcomed us, are asked were we gone the day we left.

I let the property manager know there were roaches and they sent a very nice man with a can of Raid to come spray. There were roaches every time I opened the oven (before turning it on) and the dishwasher. The last night we were there one was crawling on me in the bed. The man that came and sprayed said they were coming through the drains in the water heater closet. The management did not disclose that there would be very loud maintenance being done to keep balconies up to code and the replacing of the garbage chutes which was very loud as well. I made them aware and they only said they didn’t hear it from the office. Over all I would stay at a different property but this one was conveniently located to great restaurants. The beach service was also very nice and was included in the price. Management apologized which was kind.
