We arrived at the hotel late at night and were vere tired. I asked whether we could check out after 11 am which is their checkout time, they gladly gave two hours and let us stay until 1 pm, which was so helpful!

Overall a good place to stay that was on our route. Pool and vending out of service which was okay with us since we didn't want to use either of those things. That might be important to other travelers.

We arrived around 9pm. Walls are very thin. Heard the person above us walking around until for about 2 hours. Also taking a shower and flushing the toilet sounded like they were in our room. TV did not have any sound. Front desk suggested we unplug for a bit. We did and that didn’t work. Noticed in the morning that the breakfast area and the lobby did not hav TVs on. Suspect it was due to volume not working. Swimming pool also closed for remodel. :(.

No hot water and they knew there was no hot water when they checked me in, but they didn't say anything. Everything was out of order, pool, soda machine, juice machine, hot water. They say pet friendly but charge over $10 per pet. Shower drain does not drain. Go somewhere else. Do not patronize this cheating place!

Pool and hot tub area closed for quite some time. Room is comfortable and clean. Outdoor areas could use some attention, overgrown weeds leave few options to walk the dog.

The employees there were nice and friendly. Our room was clean. The only thing that I can suggest is to offer some hot breakfast. Other than that, everything was okay.

THE CARPET IN THE ROOM NEXT TO THE BATHROOM WAS SOAKED FROM SOME KIND OF FLOOD AND THE ROOM KEY LOCK HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS HAD TO MAKE A FEW KEYS AND HAD TO HAVE THE FRONT DESK COME TO TRY TO OPEN THE ROOM DOOR AND THEY EVEN HAD PROBLEMS

It was a good stay. The the inside of the building smelt like onions and spices. Little spiders and bugs on the floor. No Bed bugs tho, whoch was good. Floor in the room was very slippery. Bed was hard. Toilet bowel was very close to the wall on one side.

No hot water in room. Check out was inadequate as person did not know how to use computer. I wanted hard copy of bill. He stated it was his first day on the job. This person needed more training. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Booked the room online after 11pm. Did not see that you cannot check in after 10pm. Was never able to stay. If a property dosen't allow check in after a certain time. You should not even be allowed to book a room.

We stayed there 1 night and the room and the property are both dated. The room was clean and spacious though. The breakfast was below average. The reception folks were very pleasant.

Room has some updates, but the lighting could be updated. Vanity area needs work.there is one light on the left of the sink area. Sink has rust and cracks. Room had a heavy smell of cleaning product, but toilet was still dirty from last guest. Ok for a quick stop for the night.

Nice clean safe place, staff is very nice, she called me a few hours before I arrived. When I open the curtain, surprisingly , I saw the snow mountains. There are 7-11 close by. It is a nice hotel, I would recommend to friends

It was clear the bathroom floor had not been properly mopped, so I cleaned it myself. And one of the beds had visible hair in it.
