Room was decent for the price, breakfast was poor.

They seem to be making some improvements. Overall a good stay for a decent price.

We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate and the service was very good. The price was right and we would stay here again.

Did the job for one night but the property is in rough shape. Area feels unsafe but nothing bad happened. There is one room that’s condemned and an abandoned truck in the parking lot.

Nice hotel to stay at if you are planning to visit the capital. Clean,good breakfast, not to busy and 15 minutes drive to the white house.

Price was good for a decent room. The breakfast ends at like 9am so I missed it. It was quiet and safe. Room looked pretty good too. Decent bed lots of space. Everything else you must see for yourself.

The service was fabulous from the gentleman checking us in at 10:00 pm to the breakfast lady who went above and beyond to make our breakfast filling, and we were last minute at 9:45 am. Great Job

The continental breakfast was good the room was nice. My mom was staying with me and has trouble getting around. I don't remember being notified on the booking that there is no elevator to the second floor so that was a inconvenience. The rates were in line with the amenities.

There was an unpleasant odor in our room. We walked by another room with a sign on the door that read "condemned." The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. When I flushed the toilet, the handle was sticky and there was a mustache sticker stuck on it. I'm assuming that was from the previous guest. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice, but those are the only positive things I can say about this hotel.

Breakfast only goes until 9:30a. Big mouse trap boxes Was right near the entrance, I almost tripped. Room right next to ours was condemned. Service was alright and the front desk clerks were polite. Ease of checking in and checking out was nice to have.

The rooms were lovely and the beds were super comfortable. They were understaffed. The person working the front desk was also trying to keep the breakfast foods stocked and seemed quite flustered. Overall a very nice stay.

Clean and well kept rooms although exterior is not attractive or cleaned up well. Breakfast buffet was good but make sure you go early as they definitely don't overstock it!

Convenient and easy check in. clean and quiet. King bed was a bit lumpy

Check in was a process until a senior staffer took over . From then on all is well except broken fitness equipment . Which was a big reason for choosing this property.

No breakfast due to remodeling (no discount though). First room no light bulbs, changed room, noisy air conditioner and then toilet valve not working so had to fill tank from bucket to flush it. I didn't see until morning that side of mattress had streaky brown stain that looked like feces, they just put a sheet right over it. Disgusting place. I hope they go out of business.

Flea bag remodeling into a dive hotel. I don’t usually stay at Quality Inn. I booked this sight unseen in a city unknown to me while driving as far as we could that day. I’ve done this before, booked a hotel on the wrong side of tracks because I didn’t know the area. I never actually did this before but I asked the desk clerk behind the glassed in area if the hotel was safe to stay at. I wasn’t so much concerned for myself locked in a room as I was for the car parked in an open parking lot in this part of town. Would it be broken into by morning. It was a new model attractive and desirable rental. The room was clean although the sink was plugged and drained ever so slowly and the towel bar did fall off the wall. Brushing our teeth in the tub was an easy solution. I was very tired so the mattress felt wonderful. Breakfast was hot but minimal. The bananas were well spotted so I left them to spot some more for the other guests. Hopefully the chairs will be recovered. The man watching over breakfast was very attentive but he left the kitchen door open for view. Two places you never want to see is the basement of a nice hotel and the kitchen of a great restaurant. This is not a Quality Owned facility but a Quality licensed privately owned property. The owners name posted on on the wall had an Asian Subcontinent ring to it. In my experience folks from that part of the world have lower expectations of what nice is. So far I’m not a fan of curry.

The room my wife and grandchildren were give smelled of urine, cigarettes and some very strong cleaning fluids. The room had clean sheets and the bathroom seemed clean. Breakfast was adequate and staff did clean tables after each guest finished. I really could not accept the smell in the room. There was a sign in front desk saying all rooms are non smoking.

I appreciated the check in service. Very friendly and professional. Room: Mildewy and cigarette smoke for a non smoking room. Window curtains were inundated with black mold and green mildew( (took pics). Not vacuumed Dirty sheets and pillow cases which smelled like sweat. Unsanitary!!! Rat traps along entire exterior wall! Gross AND unsanitary! Inventory stacked in the halls with tools. Carpet was moist and smelled horrible. Remote had food stains on it Slept in my clothes on top of the comforter. Had concerns for my packed car as we drove in from Ontario. How did this hotel get 3 stars??

Property was in very poor condition and as we circled the parking lot we noticed people trying to pick the lock of a room. As soon as you entered the hotel it had a smell. The outside doors to some of the rooms were beat up. They had put pieces of carpet underneath the door jam which is a trip hazard. The hotel wanted to put us in a room with no mirrors. We did not end up staying there

Property is going through renovation. Old furniture stacked in hallways. No mirror in room's bathroom, otherwise it was acceptable.

Not in the best of areas. There were a lot of shady people hanging out in front of the vacant building in front of the hotel. There were bugs climbing up the wall in the entry area. Got in the room and there was no mirror on the wall in the bathroom and the light was missing, and the wires were hanging out of the wall exposed. No elevator, so you need to lug all of your stuff up the stairs. I would give it a much lower rating than what we saw when booking.

Dirty, scary, moldy, smelly. Do not book. Lobby wasn’t great, hallways scary, dingy, not well lit, empty boxes everywhere, room was HORRIBLE, terrible smell and mold on the window and curtains. Did not feel safe. We left in minutes, with no refund for terrible conditions.

The pictures of this hotel and the rating are completely false and misleading. The hotel is in a very horrible area. When I walked into the lobby, the check in desk was completely covered with glass. There were about 50 video screens and signs warning you of being monitered. The hotel smelled of smoke, mildew and dirt.I was very apprehensive. There were broken doors and boxes through thr hallways. The room smelled horrible, there was not an interior lock on the door. The comforter was damp and my skin literally was itching. I stayed long enough to go to the bathroom and left. The toilet flushed slow, the tub had rust all over it. The walls were banged up. I am surprised with Comfort Inn company. I have stayed in their hotels several times over the years and never have I had this horrible of an experience.

This place is the worst place a human been can feel safe, it was dirty smells like dogs smelled like crack and weed, a lot of drugs addict outside and staying in the hotel it was not safe me and my two kids left we could not stay there it was no safe not clean and very scary place

Don't know. I didn't see the place, as your automated system booked me the wrong date.i never had a trip planned for today and never wanted a room for tonight. Yet you charged me $91 and claim to refuse to refund me,for the mistake. I will never reserve a room threw Expedia again. Hopefully a real human being will actually read this and help resolve the matter. Thanks for robbing me out of my hard earned cash!

First room smelled of smoke despite being smoke free. Also, bathroom sink was so slow it took 20 minutes to empty after washing my face. Floor was sticky in places, water stains on furniture, some mold in corner of shower. There was a dog next store who barked every time we left room and a man sitting just outside our who looked suspect. Second room given to us after complaining to staff was much betterbut toilet plugged after first use. Third room was adequate. All this after 8 hours of car travel...never again.

There are large pictures on the ads for the property that say there is free hot breakfast. I booked this over other places specifically because of this, and then I am informed that there was only grab-and-go brown bag breakfast. Room was not so clean and did not look much like pictures. We are not in COVID any more, and this staff needs to come back to normalcy and not use that as an excuse. No one there was wearing masks anyway. Also, I could not tell that Econolodge and Quality Inn had any difference in rooms or facilities, even though it was $20 more for Quality Inn, which I paid.
