Perfect for an overnight stay. Staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was decent.

Room 205 not so good!!! Everything else wonderful

This was a good hotel to use as a home base when going to an event at the Giant Center at Hershey Park. It was inexpensive, in a convenient location, and had soft, clean beds to crash in when getting back from the Giant Center.

The first room we were assigned had no heat. The second room was warm but there were plumbing issues that had not been addressed before - broken sink drain pipe was left in the room. Leaning against wall and when touched it spilled out. Toilet seat did not faiat toilet. We would not consider it a Continental Breakfast. No yogurt or fruit. Gallon Milk jug had frozen milk. We have pictures.

Room wasn’t spotless but was nice for the price! Very good breakfast (juice, cereal, toast,pancakes) included too!

Very easy check-in. Room was clean. Air conditioner would not stay running and it kept getting hot in the room. Overall it was a good stay and i would stay here again

Room was older but very clean and comfortable I had a later appointment at Hershey medical center and didn’t feel like driving 2 hours home. Close to rt 81 and the price was right. Would not hesitate to stay there sgain

Extremely friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was pleasant and we were very grateful since we were a few minutes late.

Older than we thought and a transport truck was parked outside with the refrigerator unit on all night, very noisy.

The stay was for a night and the room was ok but it could’ve been better but hey it is a what it is.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. First time staying at this location and was pleasantly surprised.

Everything went well

Property listed as accessible however other than bars in the bathtub there were no other accommadations.The toilet was quite high as was the side of the bathtub. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the room. The phone did not appear to be working even after checking the outlet as advised by the front desk the next morning. There was also no tissue paper provided in the room The bed was very comfortable

Carpet at the foot of the beds had multiple dirt spots that merits a shampoo. When showering, the water wouldn't go down. Called the front desk and housekeeping. No one could be reached. My daughter had to bathe in the tub with dirty water in the bottom. Also the sink water was going down real slow when my daughter was brushing her teeth. I did report these problems to the desk when I checked out. There were no cups either for the coffee maker. However the towels were surprisingly soft.

I like how the desk clerk was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean except I did see a couple of bugs even know they were dead

Place is fine if your traveling and just need a pillow for a few hours other then that not the place to stay with a family.

As a place to stay at the price they charge, the Days Inn did it's job. The bed was comfortable and we slept. However we now know for the future to avoid this location. Upon checking in, we found a TV that didn't work. Their only solution was to try and move our room, which wouldn't work for us because we already put a child to sleep. Then the Wi-Fi couldn't support our devices because according to the manager the hotel was full. Managers were friendly with all of their answers, but these all seem like issues that could've been avoided if the facility was better maintained.

Hershey stay. Needs updating. Gym was actual clean and machines worked well. That was a pleasant surprise.

I requested to see the room before I checked in and it was filthy. I elected not to stay and the gentleman at the desk told me that I would not be charged for my room, but was still charged. Now I have to get the charge removed.

Sketchy hotel, dirty lobby, dirty rooms. Overall 0 out of 10. 10 out of 10 want my money back.

I like the clean room and beds

We reserved a handicap accessible non smoking room. We arrived at 1:30 checkin is not until 3. They said can you come back at 3. Which was fine we went and ate and came back at 3:30. Checked in and went to room. Door was open they had not cleaned yet workers were outside trying help someone else who was having a problem with their room. They told us they are “deep cleaning rooms”. They wanted us to take another room. He met us at a new room and let me in. I walked in it smelled like a bar, cigarette smoke smell was terrible. Bathroom door was blocked by the bed. I went out and called the guy back over. I said my wife is in a wheelchair how is she getting in the bathroom? He moved the bed and opened the door and put the bed back. I said she has lung problems this room smells really bad. He said it does I know. If you want to wait we can get you in the previous room. I my wife asked for a refund and they refunded what we paid and we left. I don’t know if they just purchased the hotel But they did not seem to know anything about running a business.

It was clean and a good value.
