Excellent customer service! Room was clean and nice! Bed was comfortable too!

While not the most elegant hotel, certainly has clean rooms with all the needed amenities.

Was disgusting!!! It smelled and wasn't clean at all.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here and enjoyed it both times.

Quiet a little outdated but clean

I'm surprised that Wyndham would have their name on this property. It was outdated and dirty, the "breakfast" was very limited, scrambled eggs were lukewarm and tasteless. There was no staff in sight in the morning. on a positive note, the beds were clean and comfortable. But this was definitely not worth the outrageous $166 fee, but we couldn't find accommodations for miles, so this was a last resort and a last resort it is. Days Inn and Wyndham will not likely be options in our future.

Clean hotel, it’s old and in need of updates but for last minute and no frills, it fit the bill. Beds were comfortable and room seemed clean. Wish the price was lower but it is what it is. Walls are thin so if you’re a light sleeper, you may have trouble.

Did not stay as we had no reservation after 13 hours on road. Was on hold with your customer service from 6:35 p.m. until 8:15 p.m. was told they would charge my card even though we had no control over the hotel was full and no reservation. I will never use Hotel. Com again.

The front desk service was very slow. They were unable to give us extra pillows and towels when we asked for them. The smell in the building was horrible! A yucky blend of smoke, body odor and just stale air. Walls were paper thin. Bathroom less than desirable. We will not stay here again.

Just ok

No frills but very clean and breakfast was satisfactory.

Make sure to a get a room away from the fire door in the hallway. Its banging throughout the night sounded like someone was coming in our room. Since the main reason for staying is to get a good nights rest this was disappointing!! Everything else was very good!!

Well run

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The room was very bare bones. But the room did have a refrigerator and microwave that worked. Coffee machine did not work. Parts were replaced by front desk but we were given the wrong model parts and did not work. Decided to get coffee at breakfast the next morning . Sadly the coffee the next morning was cold and tasted awful. Told the young lady putting out breakfast but she was too busy to make coffee. As far as the room, the bed was comfortable but the heat fan was so loud the room vibrated, waking us up throughout the night. Bathroom fan was also very loud and turned on with the light- irritating. Cleanliness was average, towels scratchy and mirror in the bathroom was damaged. Truly a no frills hotel room and very disappointing.

The service was friendly, check in and out was very simple and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I will make this my hotel for every stay I have in Grand Island, Nebraska.

The breakfast room was wonderful with a good selection of breakfast choices. Staff was friendly. Small issue with the shower. Chair in the room at the table probably should have been switched out.

Room and Hotel was quiet. comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful as well as very polite. Breakfast was also very good.

It served its purpose. A little outdated, well used. Satisfactory for a few nigjts stay bur wish the towels weren't so scratchy.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fair! But clean and comfy. Will be back!

Ok property. Very outdated

The carpet was dirty in the stairs leading up to the room and smelled like dogs/animals. The carpet inside the room was very dirty like it had not been shampooed or vaccumed for months. It took a while with the fan blowing to get the awful smell out. I would not recommend this Hotel if you have any allergy to pet dander etc. The bed was clean but there were spiders crawling on the floor. There were no other rooms available or we would not have stayed.

It wasn't great. The room smelled musty and was old and outdated. I wouldn't stay there again.
