Motel is in a great location, close to food places. The bed was hard/too firm. Overall stay was good. Staff was very pleasant. I didnt care for the breakfast, could be upgraded.

Great orice, breakfast was nice, staff super friendly, however the sheets and pillows were not comfortable at all.

The front desk lady was really nice nothing bad to say about her. However the room was disgusting, the comforters had stains on them, the wall to the left of the bed had what looked like dried blood on it as well as the ironing board and the shower curtain. The window curtain was torn off the hook so my husband had to fix it back on. Even though we were close to all the stores and shopping overall experience was not good.

This has become our stopping place when traveling through Tupelo, MS because of location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, good full breakfast and friendly staff. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Will be staying here again

Did not clean the room, only clean towels and wash towels. And did removed the trash. Was there three days with two small ( 2 &4 yr old) girls. And no clean sheets, no vacuum, no mopping, and no wapping thing down. Well you get what you pay for.

We had a late check in and the woman who drew the short straw that night was full of attitude. Even though one of our deal breaker items was Pet Friendly, Karen at the check in desk quickly snubbed this and asked for a pet deposit. I willingly obliged and told her that when we checked out she wouldn’t be able to tell if there was an animal in that room. Needless to say that after we entered our room, they have way more issues to be concerned with than there being an animal inside a motel room.

Room smelled of smoke. Linen was dingy. Pillows were ridiculously small. Bathroom was dirty and shower curtains.

The quilt had stains on the and the pillow cases had holes in them. There was hair on the toilet. The toilet didn’t want to flush. Room had an odor.

We will definitely come back. The staff were so friendly and the beds and pillows very comfortable. A perfect stay!

The property needs work. Bathroom had mold, the furniture was in reallybad shape. They should charge less per night

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and updated. Close to quite a few restaurant options. The breakfast provided by the hotel was surprisingly generous and delicious.
Would stay here again.
Parking was limited and lot did not go all the way around the building.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. My daughter's bag was left there and they did everything they could to locate the missing bag, was so happy with their help.

I like to stay here because the rooms are large, very clean and well equipped. Their breakfast is excellent and the staff is always courteous & helpful.

A standard 2-star hotel, but everything was clean and it worked. Nothing broken or beat up. Rooms were large and quiet. Breakfast was average, but it worked. Best 2-star I've seen in awhile. I would stay there again.

Honestly, It felt kind of like this Inn didn't have the funding in different ways, and the room, etc. just wasn't up to par. Did appreciate the breakfast, and that it was more than cereal.
