Amazing customer service experience. I stayed two nights sbd could not have been happier with the staff. I had an issue with the bed the first night and they happily changed my room the next morning.
On the second day, I requested help very early in the morning with extremely heavy bags getting on the shuttle bus. The valet serviceman came to my room at 4:30 in the morning, took my bags down to the shuttle and watched over them until the shuttle. He then loaded the bags on the shuttle without me ever having to touch extremely heavy bags.
Definitely five stars!!!

National airport in DC cancelled most of its flights yesterday because of storms, There was a scramble to find rooms and when I got there a long line was waiting to check in at 8:30 pm on a Friday night. There were only two people working registration as this was unexpected, but they were very efficient and helpful and got everyone squared away in record time. The rooms were great and they even have a full service restaurant, which not many do these days. They made a bad travel day a lot better
