We walked into hotel and immediately smelled Marijuana being smoked! The desk attendant couldn't speak fluent English so it was very hard to understand him. Got up to our room & the key didn't work. Room needed soom attention. Someone needs to show them how to paint!!! Will not stay again!

No show curtain shower barely works

Run down. Noisy. Window faced a parking lot and cars right outside the window. A/C was inconsistent. Asked for a wake up call and was told “the phones are broken” so they couldn’t do that.

The hotel was way below standard even for Quality Inn

Bathroom was in bad shape. The sink faucet was not even attached, the shower faucet was very very loose, however the water pressure was absolutely wonderful.

Arguments, door slamming, unswept, not vacuumed, roach, and hair in the sink.

There's no arguing that this place is good value for the money when you're just looking for a quick overnight stop on the way to the airport. We chose it because we booked long term parking through Global and it was the most cost effective. The rooms are very large and well-appointed but the building itself looks tired. We didn't notice it but we overheard another guest complaining that the car cleaners at the Hertz rental place next door blared loud music all night long and kept her awake. The shuttle is very reliable and the driver is great. he passed out cards at the end of the run and told us to call him when we arrived back in St. Louis, where to meet him and when to call (after we had cleared immigration and baggage).

Nice people working front desk. Room was dirty when we checked in. Bathroom toilet ran all the time. The sink was extremely dirty. No way it could be missed someone cleaning room.

Other than the room smelling like smoke and pot, the phone and clock did not work. The majority of the other guests looked like they were there for one night to smoke pot in their rooms, hang out in the hallways to get out of the 30 degree weather. Wont stay there again.

First room, refrigerator didn’t work. 2nd room, heat didn’t work. 3rd room sink was loose and shower didn’t have hot water

You should be ashamed of the property holes in wall toilet didn’t work,television was broken lamps didn’t work and had to request towels after staying several days rugs dirty so not up dated need to report this best part was leaving

Booked this for price and location. We had to be at the airport early in the am. The weather was snowy. We also parked our vehicle for our vacation here under global parking. They are rehabbing many rooms. There was noise, most of the night coming from the second floor. (Sounded like someone was dribbling a basketball) Being so close to the airport, planes taking off was another constant sound. They do have a shuttle to take you to the airport. It starts at 4:30 am. We had to call a Lyft, as we needed to be there earlier. The people working there were very nice. They do have a breakfast included. We had to cut out before that. The monetary price was on the lower end, thanks to this app. Overall, giving the same issues, we would put up with the negatives. Beats getting in a wreck, car trouble or whatever else in the commute to here.

Be aware if you’re booking this motel for the airport shuttle! They max out at 8 ppl and only run every half hour. They don’t make any exceptions or accommodations! We ended up getting a Uber.. as for the rooms, the pillows are like little cubes and the beds hard…

This hotel worked well for us when our flight was canceled and we had ti spend an extra night in St. Louis.

This was a perfectly good place to sleep one night. Excellent value for the money. No frills but clean and great value. Id stay again.

That hotel should not be called quality Inn It is in terrible condition

Although I've seen other reviews have complained about the rooms being clean, our room was clean and reasonably comfortable for the cost. It is certainly aged and repaired areas look like they were done by an inexperienced home repairman. It needs a significant upgrade. But you can't ignore the convenience and shuttle. And staff were friendly. I would stay here again if I all I need is a place to sleep by the airport.

There were big cracks on the ceiling and bathroom was old and not very clean. It felt like a dump.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. My only complaint is that the phone system was not working, so I couldn't get a wake-up call as a back up to setting the alarm on my phone. I almost missed the shuttle. Also the shuttle quits running at 11:00 pm, but my plane comes in at 11:15 which causes me to have to call a cab. I would like to see them run the shuttle until midnight at least.

It was a inexpensive place to lay your head down and rest a few hours

This place loses for QUIET.I heard every car of the freeway all-night. Too bad because otherwise they were fine for a 1 night before flight..

Rooms were ok hotel staff was great

Took over an hour for front desk person to come out one man literally had to hop the counter beat on the door and wake him up. Then he took a deposit of $100 off my card that I never got back
