My room was cancelled prior to checkin. No effort was made to book another room or to notify my that my room was unavailable. My room was confirmed and paid for 4 days prior to check in.

Great beds. Lumpy pillows. Breakfast was standard waffles and toast. Eggs and sausage would have been nice. Overall, the place is good.

We arrived a bit early and were allowed to check in...but... we were advised that the whole complex was without any hot water. We were offered to cancel without fees but we did not want to scramble around trying to find something else so we stayed. No baths - no shower. We were given a discount. The pool and hot tub were empty. We have seen an overall decline in La Quinta over the years. We may start looking elsewhere.

Staff was great. Shuttle service and coffee/breakfast bar in lobby were great. There was no hot water during our stay, which was terrible.

Arrived and had prepaid. Pool closed, no hot water for two days, elevator out of inspection period. Staff unwilling to make a compromise and discount the rate. Will be taking legal action towards a reduced rate.

When checking in, i was told there was no hot water, the lady at the desk was very friendly but still no hot water, and it was already late to look for another place

The wall right next to the front desk was literally crumbling away. The swimming pool wasn't operable. The heating system was very outdated and we had to turn it on and off manually to try to keep the room warm. We booked through Hotels.com and then the hotel charged us again so we got double charged and we've been fighting to get a refund. I won't return to this hotel again.

Room is updated and was decent, however the lobby and breakfast area is not in good shape. The area around the hotel looked very unsafe, there were broken glasses in the parking area. Looked like a car was broken in there before. We were not very comfortable in parking our car overnight there. We ended up canceling another booking for future stay at the same hotel

We loved the room, it was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable! The young man that checked us in was super nice snd helpful also, check in was simple and easy! The ONLY thing bad I have to say was about the driver in the transport van, he was dangerous and terribly unsafe, traveling at an extreme high rate of speed when it simply wasn’t necessary!

I booked this hotel specifically for its 24 hour shuttle service. The day I arrived the shuttle was able to get me in a timely manner but the next day when I went down to catch the shuttle around 4AM, as I had requested, the driver was nowhere to be found. The lady at the front desk tried to get ahold of them but after multiple failed attempts she informed that at that time all she could/knew to do was call a cab to the airport for me which I replied that I’d rather just get myself an Uber. She was very sweet and apologetic but at the end of the day I was expecting to be able to use the free shuttle, that was supposed to be provided, but ended up having to pay for an Uber.

Our flight arrived as expected 9pm. We followed the hotels menu prompts and went to Parking Garage Level 3 to the free hotel shuttle stop. Called hotel as instructed and were told they had no shuttle because they had no driver. Driver had quit. We were told we would have to get a taxi or uber and to request refund for taxi from hotel in the morning. We did and was told they could not access the computer and need to call which we will try when we get home. Fingers crossed.

Upon checking in, we discovered that there was water burst and no water in the entire building. Wifi wasn’t working in the room. Building going under Reno and lot of noise. Pool was outdoor and Closed.

Very helpful staff, yet poorly managed. They didn't have key cards available, and had to let us in our rooms with the master key after waiting 30+ minutes after check-in. TV didn't work. They staff seemed under a lot of pressure, but were helpful with what they could.

They are thieves, why does he make you make a reservation and then cancels it to keep the money and tells him that the reservation is not made, you do it just to keep the money, thieves

Room didn't have bathroom fan control. I'm not sure if room has bathroom exhaust works.The staff was friendly.The included breakfast had self service waffles in two sizes and expired yogurt. Bottom line is cheap and close to the airport.

Room was fine, bed was comfortable, fairly quiet for location but the hotel is in need of a refresh. The breakfast offering was borderline disgusting. Waffles and dried breads was the limit. Common areas look like you’re back in 1990.

The room was good. I like to stay at La Quinta hotels because the beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice. The front desk receptionist was lovely and super friendly. My only complaint was the people across the hall who were partying all night and banged on our doors for fun after midnight. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was ok.They had waffles and oatmeal and cereal and toast and yogurt. Not many gluten-free options. Overall a nice place to stay for one night. And the best part was the free shuttle to the airport 24/7.

The room was standard and nice. The property is undergoing renovation and the area surrounding the hotel is a mess of construction debris. We were told pool has been closed for over a year. The phone in our room was for decoration, it had no cords for any connectivity for power. The staff was kind and helpful. It was just right for affordable lodging near the airport.

Hotel is under renovation abd it should be closed during that process. Elevators not working, ice machines dead and my floor was dirty and stank. Room was poor and the need for remodel apparent. Truly sucked.

Great clean hotel near airport at a budget price. SeaTac area is not the greatest but nice to be just an airport shuttle away. Also has scale to weigh luggage in lobby and offers shuttles every 30 minutes to airport. Convenient for early flights.

This property is undergoing major renovations. Everything is old and outdated and dirty. They are tearing a lot of things out and all the debris is EVERYWHERE. They don't even have a vending machine with water and drinks on the property. We had no remote control in the room. The airing area for the dogs is very small and there are no bags to clean up so there is poop everywhere. If we had to stay more than one night and weren't flying out so early, I would have just left. Wait till the renovations are completed to book. There is debris everywhere and it smells pretty bad.

At 3:30 AM we were informed that there would not be a shuttle even though we scheduled it the night before. We.were.almost late for our flight and had a $22.00 Uber charge. Inhave stayed with you many time but not be back.

Elevator was broken during the entire trip had to go up five flights of stairs to get to our room. No compensation or care given by staff/management
