Was given a smoking room and could not change it. Nowhere during the booking was it clearly noted that the room on offer was smoking. I had to forfeight the room and find another hotel.
I will not book with your site or Best Western again.

Quiet and off the Interstate. All ground level which was nice. $15 pet fee but a nice designated grassy area for dogs which is difficult to find in NM!

Very convenient place to stay while traveling. Close to the highway. Rooms were clean and updated. Liked the fact that all rooms were ground level and we could park right in front of our room. Breakfast was good also.

The property was okay. They were going through renovations; the new rooms were great, but the old ones were -well, a little outdated.
My issue was actually with Expedia. I booked two rooms with two beds, and when I checked in, I was given two rooms with single beds. This hampered our stay and we had to look for a different hotel for the other party -this one was full by then.

We booked our ADA room several weeks in advance. The day of our arrival we had Dr appointments that prevented up from arriving early. We arrived around 8pm to find that they had given our ADA room to someone else. We were given another room that they claimed to be accessible. However, there was a 3 inch step into the room! Went back to the office and was told that was all they had and that the room was accessible once you got inside! But I could not get into the room due to the 3 inch step. We were forced to look for another hotel. Lucky for us we found a better hotel just down the street. Hubby called the manager the next morning and was told there was nothing they could have done differently and could not understand why we "were so upset if we would be getting our money back"!! We got our money back but that did not compensate for the emotional and physical distress. I am a Polio Survivor dependent on a power chair.

We booked 2 rooms through Expedia and we called the hotel to make sure we had our rooms after driving from Austin Texas. When we showed up they only had 1 room available. So my sister and her children stayed while I looked for another hotel.

A previous guest had smoked in the room I got. They tried to mask the odor of nicotine with a spray but it was still there and the combination of seeet floral spray and nicotine gave me a headache. The floor was dirty. I was too tired and was late in arriving so I didn’t bother to ask for a different room.Also, the towels were all dingy. I would skip this property.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet, even though it's close to freeway. We were glad to stop for the night before getting into Las Cruces.

Found cockroach in the bathroom.
There was a review about another customer finding cockroaches.

Most of the room recently renovated w plenty of charging stations. Carpet was old but clean, no funky odors. Great brNice landscaping and beautiful flowers.eakfast, especially the waffles and fresh pecan topping.

Clean room, clean bathroom, big room. Very quiet. Goid breakfast. We were welcomed by a woman with sparkles glasses, very nice, friendly, helpfully. We recommended this hotel.

Hotel was not handicap accessible mom was in wheelchair there were no stairs so that was a plus bathroom had only tub so she was unable to shower both sinks were stopped up did not drain. Would probably not go there again

The rooms were absolutely horrible. The room smelled like smoke. And it just wasn’t our room, we had three other rooms that were booked by family members, that had the same issue. In one room, it smelled like dog urine. I recommend they remove the carpets completely. To remove the smell. Also, house keeping kept knocking on our door, hours before check out time!
I will never stay there again.

What a great find! My room was large and clean. The pet area was a nice, clean well lit grassy area. Breakfast was good.

The Best Western in Deming is typical of their hotels: pretty clean, decent staff, parking, and above all, usually convenient to airports and highways. This one had all the above, plus they allowed dogs. I didn't get to see the breakfast setup because we left very early in the morning.

The hotel itself is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Our room was very high quality and clean. The staff at this hotel is also very professional and friendly. Definitely worth the stay, and we plan to come back to this hotel in the future!

The rooms were nice and tidy, comfortable sleep. The bathroom need help. The floors were dirty, like with pee stains, and the shower curtains were verry dirty. Couldn't tell if mildew or just dirt but needed cleaning
