It was dirty, they charged a $100 Incidental fee and threatened me when I questioned it. Coffee pot full of mold. Sink dirty. Beds w w re hard and covered in plastic. Front desk was rude and short.

This hotel is an absolute dump. It is filthy and filled with smoke. I requested to change rooms due to the overwhelming smoke in my room and was told to open my window and let it air out - at night time in a completely unsafe area. It is completely unacceptable. If a hotel is advertised as smoke free - it should be. No excuses. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I left sick, exhausted and irritated. It was absolutely horrible.

Its was Ok, On Thursday night we had an very unexpected incident, when someone else other that my family had a key to my room and almost got in. I told the front desk about it they told me they ll refund me, i want my refund or a free night stay.

I was very unhappy with this property. The rooms were very dirty....like they weren't cleaned prior to me checking in. The property is older...you can tell they don't want to update. There was a safe in my room but it was locked, I called the front desk and she said she didn't know how to open it and housekeeping left. I spoke to the front desk the next day and was told the safes don't work in the rooms? Overall experience was upsetting.

Myself and my husband needed a getaway we lost two loved ones in 2 weeks time in October. The people were very pleasant, very helpful, hotel very clean we enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.

The reviews do not do this hotel any justice. It was very clean, very quiet and all the staff were helpful and nice. Free Breakfast and coffee we're all Good. And I find the location to be the perfect spot to go to the casino, shopping, and national harbor. For the price you can't go wrong. Will definitely be back. As for dirty carpet? The room l was in spotless and it passed the white sock test.

An older facility, various bits need work i.e. a piece of loose tile under the carpet entering the main room from the entry area, shower curtain rod barely hanging in place, uneven place/lumpy mattress. Not to mention finding a live bullet in the parking lot...with a church next door. Not saying I *wouldn't* stay there again, but I'd have to do a little more research before booking again.

From the time we walked in until we checked out all the hallways and elevators smelled strong of marijuana. People walking around the parking lots all through the nights yelling at each other. Ceiling in bathroom dripped water onto the toilet. Obvious water damage around the shower. Front desk staff and breakfast staff was great. Breakfast was hot and good.

Need a little bit updates and maintenance specially rooms but it’s Ok for the price not a 5 star and new hotel… need a attention for the breakfast like more options and change the powdered eggs it’s no good… very nice staff so helpful

Took a long time to check in line was very long. Waited 1 hr 4th inline. Vending maching wasnt working well water was 1.25 put 2.00 in no change water got stuck put another 2.00 in amother got stuck finally got 1 water cost 6.00 went to desk line still there but through to sotting atea gave up went nack to room. Finnaly got to bed at 2:00am got up at 430 for ride back to airport asked at desk about venfing machine clerk said she was not here so she couldn't refund money lost and vending person already picked up. Just very slow at check in.

I booked this reservation last minute and this Comfort Inn had the right type of room available when I needed it and at the right price. The reception staff was friendly and efficient, the room was adequate and in fact larger than I thought. Everything worked and I had a comfortable restful night.

The front desk staff was very helpful and even moved our room so we weren’t near the noisy elevator and ice machine. The rooms are ok. Not super clean. I woke up to cockroaches everywhere on the nightstand!! On my water glass! There were several. Also- the guests smoked pot. I know that is not the hotels fault - but be aware that it smelled like pot in the hallways and elevator from the time we got there til we left.
