Mostly good. Very accommodating due to last minute booking (Booked very quickly after cancelling my booking at Hotel Beausejour due to appalling conditions including mold, lack of cleanliness &security, spider & bed bug infestation). Check in was very professional and efficient. Received follow up call asking if room was satisfactory. Excellent customer service. Requested wake up call which was acknowledged but never happened. Check out was also efficient. Booked airport shuttle at 4:30 but after loading suitcase etc it was discovered that all seats were full. They carefully record shuttle passengers for each shuttle but someone had sneaked on. The shuttle had to leave on time so they left me behind instead if finding the interloper. I was forced to pay a $25 taxi fee for the trip to the airport only 1 KM away. The hotel made the mistake but refused to pay for the taxi. Customer service was excellent up to that point where they refused to provide the free shuttle service advertised. If I had waited for the shuttle to return I would not have made the flight so I was blackmailed into paying for a taxi.

Best part was free shuttle to airport. Complimentary breakfast was poor. Old food. Bed and bedding clean at least despite the poorly done renovations

Great service and room but we are unable to control the room temperature. It was very hot (24c), and when we called the front desk, they told us to open a window.

Ok for short overnight in storm; need to fix window seals, cold draft/room at -12C.

The night table was dirty from last tenant and the door was splash with???. Not necessary clean

Close to airport!

Everything was good. We were a bit disappointed as older seniors, that our room was as far as you could get from the desk causing a long walk with a lot of luggage.

Like - nice size room, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Could do better - some facilities tired (heating /air con) and breakfast was 'ok' but quite tasteless (but was included)

Very noisy! With jets and people. Would pay more for a place that was not on a direct flight path!!

Hotel need to be refeshed and maybe a micro wave.

Their shuttle service was not as advertised. I called them 3 times and had to wait almost one and half hour at the airport until their shuttle bus showed up.

Really appreciated that they honored our reservation eventhough our flight drlays meant we didnt arrive until 4am.

Location is going through some renovations, so bare with. Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Downside for me, I couldn't adjust the room temperature - it was a little cold for me. But otherwise a comfortable stay.

No shampoo in bathroom and there was a used bar of soap by the sink

Property was as shown, aside from a few issues with the physical property inside the room (i.e. the toilet paper holder was a bit loose and the bathroom door closed weirdly), it was great!

Avoid if you can. It’s so noisy. Curtains don’t close properly and are too short-had to move rooms. Just terrible service. Staff were great though. Quality does the whole chain a disservice. Will avoid this chain like the plague. Too many issues for many locations.

It was excellent worth the money, and the place is very clean.

Cleanliness was good and staff were kind. Walls are paper thin though, and I was put in a connecting room so I could hear literally everything the family next door was doing, they were especially loud.

I wish there wasa way to get to the place faster like closer to a bus stop. It was super muddy.

Room was very cold, standard heating system broken, had little heater. Noisy near the road. Alarm stsrted 2 times for no reason which affected our sleep

I never made it to the hotel, had to cancel my trip, I have not received a credit $ 210.00, I strongly believe that this credit need to be applied. Good property near the airport

It is close to the airport but the facilities were not all well functionning as in the bathroom. There was less guidance to get settled even though the first driver who came to pick me at the airport was very professional and the ladies who were at the reception too. I liked the fact they offer coffee and breakfast.

Rude morning staff lots of ants in the room stay away

In our room there was a cockroach and in the barhroom a lot of ants around of glass of plastic over the floor.

My complaint is not with property, but with Expedia, that does not include the property phone number, in the PDF file sent to me. Please for now on, include the hotels phone number, so when we arrive at the airport and want to call for the shuttle, we can do it without trouble.

The hotel and the room were clean. The shuttle was a plus. From the room you could hear the cars driving on the street. The breakfast was 4 of 10.
