Very tired looking Motel - friendly front desk staff however small single door - difficult to carry baggage through door - upside - restaurant is the Symposium Cafe which you can access directly from the motel - no need to carry heavy coats or wear your heavy winter boots

This was one of the best maintained inns that I have chosen in recent memory. It exceeded my expectations and was terrific value. In addition, the breakfast at Symposium Cafe was excellent!

I was actually quite impressed. Rooms were clean, and updated. Hallways were the same. Comfy beds, warm rooms, friendly staff, and very reasonable rates!

Very noisy until 2 am both nights. People (adults and teenagers) scream, laugh, run in the hallway during the night.
Too bad because the hotel is very cleaned.

The lack of an elevator may limit this location as a choice in the future. Finishings are looking tired and dated. Bedroom furniture nicked and worn. TV listings very limited choice considering what is usually expected in cable packages. Lack of complimentary breakfast disappointing considering our stays in other Comfort Inns on this trip.
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were appreciated.

We enjoyed four nights and days in Hamilton, ON. and the Comfort Inn became our home away from home. It was close to many things we needed.

I was very late getting in 11:45pm but staff were great and because I wanted to stay another night staff changed a few rooms round so I could be accomdated well recomended

We loved the room and the easy access from the sliding door for carrying items. Friendly staff and very comfortable room!!

It was good for the price. Staff were nice. Room seemed little old but it was clean.

The lady at the front desk September 4 very early morning (I’m sorry I did not get her name) went to search for a very special earring which I noticed was not in my ear after I arrived at the airport. She went to look in the room. & FOUND IT in the bed. I am so so grateful to her!! The hotel was very good value & I would stay there again. Staff is excellent!! Restaurant is great.
