We made two requests to have our hotel room cleaned, but the crew never showed up. Additionally, the breakfast and coffee service was very poor. The coffee was left without being refilled for a long time, and the food was gone before 10 am.

his place is NOT SAFE!!!
Stay away!
The room next to me started partying at 10pm (with many people in the room) ... loud TV, laughing, screaming at each other with very dirty words, banging doors! I could not sleep for a minute from 10pm to 1am!
At 1am, I tried to call the front desk and manger on duty for 30 minutes... No answer!
Finally, someone picked up my call at 1:30am, they said "they will check it" and hung up immediately!
It is still ongoing!!! I am trying to call the front desk (for the last 30 minutes) but no one is picking up. It is 2 am now...and I'm not sure when will this nightmare end.
This place is NOT SAFE! If anything happens to you during the night and you try to seek help, you will most likely die before the front desk picks up your call or do anything about it!
I'm seriously considering going to another hotel right now! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The hotel was nice, but there was not that much super close. The restaurant was closed, but otherwise the hotel was good and had a decent breakfast. I would stay here again.

Had issues checking in they wouldn't honor my prepaid reservation through Expedia so had to pay for room twice now can't get a hold of anyone from Expedia to refund my money

Had a two night say. Was called the next day asking why i left my bags in the room only to tell them i still had a night left. I got back from a day trip to NH only to not be able to get into my room because they checked me out already. The bigger problem was i couldnt get my keys made because they mistakenly checked me out and couldnt get back into my room. They let me in finally by someone walking me up to it but couldnt leave the room since i couldn't get a key....unacceptable.

The hostess as the front desk was very pleasant. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Although we only stayed 1 night we were very satisfied. Would recommend.

It was OK, i had a room right next to the elevator which was a bit noisy and the air conditioner/ heater was also fairly noisy but in all the rest was fine!!

Check in was quick but I was charged $30 more than was indicated when I booked the room. The room and bathroom were a good size but the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. It was an older hotel so I didn’t expect perfect shape but the nightstands weren’t properly wiped down, the room and bathroom were very dusty and the fridge was unplugged.

Property was shabby, service was sub par. Our check in at front desk was not friendly at all, but out check out person was pleasant. They were out of coffee (lots of unhappy people in lobby). This place needs a renovation. The walk-in shower was nice and plenty of towels, though.

Room was relatively clean. Definitely smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. Everything, including the bedding looks old, comforter was a bit gross, kept it away from my face. It's a good location which was the main factor in me deciding where to stay.

Bedding and towels were clean, and the room didn't have bugs, but sadly that's about all I can say. Convenient to Gillette Stadium. Smoke alarm was covered in plastic, which seemed shady and bizarre. All surfaces in the room had a weird greasy sheen and sticky feel. Room also had a stale urine smell, which is probably due to old carpeting and dogs being allowed. Needs some major updates and maybe a change in housekeeping staff or policy. Don't recommend it!

The rooms were a little worn but they were comfy. A pipe had burst in the reception area while we were there and flooded the breakfast area so breakfast the second morning was slim pickings but our stay was still great.

The hotel was just okay. A place to lay down for the night. There was no shower gel, no coffee maker and the people in the room next door were very noisy with dog barking

When I arrived, there were no rooms ready. I arrived an hour and a half past check-in time. It took about 40 minutes after I arrived to finally get into a room. No other issues!

Room smelled funny and I asked for a top floor got placed in a middle floor. Couldn’t sleep from all the noise in the hallway guess there was a hockey tournament going on in the area, not the hotels fault kids are kids. I just took off and drove back home I needed some sleep for work

Room was not ready when arrived. AC was not working all night of my stay. Even after multiple complaints, I didn’t get help.
