Such a good spot! Lovely comfortable rooms, steps away from the main drag, and an absolute jewel box of a breakfast area- straight out of a Wes Anderson movie with treats to match and the sweetest staff. Seems like the restaurant was recently updated. Striking views of the mountains right outside.

The staff were very nice, patient and helpful. Hotel is close to the city center and restaurants. Nice people and lots of sweet dogs.

This is my new go-to hotel in Aosta. Across the board surprises to the upside. Great value.

Room and bathroom were well equipped and very comfortable. Dis not use the restaurant although ambiance appeared excellent.

We had a very short stay at the hotel, but everything was in good order. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed overnight on the drive from Geneva to Lombardia. The hotel is tastefully decorated with comfortable bed and what I think were Egyptian cotton sheets. Very nice hotel! Will surely return one day!!

A great place to stay, the gentleman at reception when we arrived was excellent, and we had a fabulous room, breakfast was sketchy at.best ordered the same thing twice, and it didnt arrive decided to leave it as we were due to get back onthe road

Wonderful stay. Lovely staff and room. The only improvement I would say is to offer more toiletries (lotion, soaps) in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again. Great location!

Beautiful hotel, well located near everything in town

The hotel was great and within walking distance to the Roman gates. Staff was super helpful, especially the front desk gentleman. Got me a reservation at a local restaurant on a busy Saturday and really made my stay amazing. Went above an beyond to help me as their guest.

The room was not the best. It is very expensive for what it offers. It's ridiculous this high price without breakfast.

It was very nice not the most luxurious hotel. But offers good value and the staff was very friendly helpful and nice

Great location to visit the city of Aosta.

Generally everything was good but is this 4 star ? Great breakfast nice service ,but restaurant not operating in the evening was surprising for a 4 star hotel ? The check in was not helpful . I was expecting to pay for the two days on arrival but they made fuss and wanted an extra deposit ? I refused they seem not trust their customers and need a deposit this is very annoying . I have never been asked for a deposit before though I have often paid for the whole room stay in advance ! Then the other surprise was that they charge extra for breakfast around 12 Euros which I had to pay separately cash why not put in and add it to the room in the first place ? It is a classic case a nice stay ruined by stupidity in the reception some were more helpful than others and the management should take a rain check and sort themselves out !! One good point is the location it is very central , near railways and bus stations.

Very nice little hotel in great location. This hotel is in the center of town, but just a few stores off the main pedestrian street (so its quiet). We had rooms with balconies which were really nice. Aostas mountains are beautiful and being up on one of the top floor was great to enjoy the view. Rooms were freshly and very tastefully redone. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Only real complaint is the that the pillows were really flat and firms (bricks covered with fabric is what my friend deemed them). Beds were otherwise comfortable. Service was very nice. The hotel restaurant is currently only operating to serve the breakfast buffet (which is okay--lots of stuff, but none of it great), but for 10 Euros, definitely with it to have downstairs off the lobby for your basic coffee, juice and bread/cheese items. Also note that there really is no parking at the hotel. They have a few spaces, but they were all in use when we were there so we had to park at the bus station garage. Good news is you can drop your luggage at the hotel and then leave the car. And the parking garage is only 4 blocks down the street!

This hotel is 50m from the main square and the staff and hotel were excellent. The staff spoke English, and were very good.The hotel has limited parking so maybe pre book it.Great breakfast. A definite one to return to.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Just make sure to bring your detailed reservation showing how many beds and the size. I had to pull my reservation as they had me down for two twin instead of double and twin combo. Anyways it was sorted out quickly once I pulled my reservation. Hotel breakfast was very nice and the young lady maître D was very friendly . The hotel is well located to the old town so easy access to everything. Thank you!

Perfect location used their car park which was close by. Robe and slippers would have been nice in the room
