Bathroom had a broken shower. We had barely water coming from the shower and didn't have time to report to get it fixed. I would assume, the hotel staff would check each room before making it ready for the next guest. But apparently they failed. The room was spacious and good though.

The hotel offers great value for money. We stayed there for my son’s college visit at Riverside. UCR aid a quick 15 min drive. The property is well maintained. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast was better than most with veggie omelet and pancakes. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the shower drain didn’t drain properly in room 221. Other than that, everything was great!

The room was clean and breakfast was okay. But the bed wasnt very comfortable to me and the train was loud and annoying along with freeway worker's staying there got back early morning and made a ton of noise. Overall a bad nights sleep.

The room was quiet and clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, much better than I usually find. The only problem was that the popup on the spout in the bathtub did not work and needs to be fixed. It is an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing, takes about ten minutes. Other than that everything was great. I really enjoyed working out in the fitness center.

Great location, right off the highway. There’s a 24hr gas station, Starbucks, and a jack in the box right next door walking distance.

The property seemed fairly new, very well-kept and had responsive, friendly employees. But the free breakfast was the outstanding feature - different choices every day, along with a consistent offering of fruit, cereal, eggs, pancakes, sausage and bacon. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable but there is a very noisy train close by that kept blowing its horn about every 30 minutes throughout the night. That’s the only problem we had.

We got to the hotel after midnight. We soon realized that the hotel was located in a pretty sketchy part of town. We were all so tired and were anxious to get some sleep. When we went up to the room we found that the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. We asked for a new room, but they said there weren’t any other rooms and just gave us some towels to put over the carpet. Overall the room seemed dirty and the hotel really needs to be renovated. The beds were not comfortable. We were supposed to stay two nights but we checked out by 7:00 the next morning and found a different hotel. They did refund us for the second night but didn’t even discount the rate for the first night when they knew we were unhappy. We won’t be back!

Shower did not work. Literally a hotel has to provide a bed and a bathroom and thus place failed on the 2nd. And they took a deposit from me! I should have taken a deposit from them bec in the end they failed. Ofc useless asking for the refund bec they said ‘well if u had let us know we would have solved the problem’. Just an excuse bec I was checking out in 2 hour and they could not fix an entire shower valve in time

If you enjoy sleeping on a bed that is as hard as a table, then this place is for you! Didn’t sleep most of the night due to how uncomfortable the beds are. Woke up with body aches. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast was good, had many options! Bathroom, I don’t know if it was dirty, stained or rust but the shower and tub were not in the best conditions. Would definitely not stay here again.

I was not aware it was right next to railroad tracks and all through the night the trains kept passing by and beeping that loud horn three four times. Literally made me jump out of my bed even though I could hear it coming a mile away.
