The front desk is very friendly. Checking in and out. The room was great. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great. It was very nice rhe bar next door. We will be staying there again real soon.

All good except the room was a half and half. It was either hot in the main part or freezing in the front hall and bathroom.

Was there for 2 nights in one room then had to go back for a third in another room. Didn't interact with hotel staff much but it was the usual pleasantries, which is fine. Rooms are a bit dated but clean enough. the lack of USB ports in 2024 was a pain. I don't even carry charger cubes any longer. never need them elsewhere. On the upside, their little pool was delightful. Nice and clean, much warmer than expected on a January day. It was great! As for the restaurant, The food and service were just OK. Certainly not a destination restaurant but filled the need. I think the days of the truly excellent hotel restaurant are long gone. They seem to be there because they are expected to be, not because they are trying to excel at anything. "British sausage called bangers do not have fennel" I would stay again, I think I will be back next month

beat up room: climate control broken, bathroom rough with fallen light fixture, rusting door frame, awkward shower enclosure. On site pub food below average. Good free breakfast though.

I paid $113 per night. Breakfast was hot , coffee was good. No issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom.Felt like I was charged appropriately for my stay. Room was as clean as could be expected, but how many of you actually vacuum behind the bed and tv stand on a regular basis? Be honest about how you live at home before you judge this home away from home. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They had a room available for me on Christmas Eve.Oh what a 2023 Christmas story I have, but that's for another venue.This was my second stay at this location and will return in the future.

The rooms were a little smaller than what I'm used to but what they lack in square footage they make up in compactness. Everything was easy accessible - fridge, microwave, et. No having to search for them. The light in the bathroom was motion activated.- nice. What i enjoyed the most was the shower. Hot and strong - plus no tub to step over. shower doors with flat surface. small lip to keep the water inside. Restaurant attached. Great breakfast bar - Fast food restaurants within walking distance. When i come back to RI I'll be staying at the Clarion - well done.

Easy access location & convenient

What a lovely surprise for an inexpensive off-the-highway motel. It was decorated for Christmas with decor worthy of Jordan Marsh in the 1950s. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I chose it for the attached restaurant, which was good (sound system waaaay too loud). My only complaint about the inn is that the room was hot, and the thermostat didn't seem to affect the temperature in any way. Fortunately the window could be opened a bit, and that made it OK for sleeping.

We had a great time. My granddaughter really enjoyed the pool the pool is very clean and the area was well kept and towels were provided The room was very nice and clean had everything we need staff was wonderful as well

Nice hotel, good location, comfortable and quiet room, great value.

The hotel is fine but clearly a bit dated. Some moldy grout and a decaying door frame in the bathroom. Furnishings a bit out of date. In 2023, I expect any hotel room to ample sources for powering phones and tablets...specifically with USB outlets.

The staff was very helpful. I had a problem in my initial room and they very quickly solved the problem and moved me to another room.

Great hotel…we had a good experience there, will definitely stay here again. Only complaint would be that housekeeping never made it to our room even once during our three night today. Was partly our fault because we were late leaving the room at least once.

Front desk was so very helpful. We had trouble getting logged into WIFI. They were cheerful and patient.

Nice hotel for the price . Laurie at the front desk did an amazing job with making sure my family and I had a pleasant stay . The pool is clean and warm with plenty of seating.

Quite dated and in need of a facelift. Beds, pillows, and bathroom are all in need of replacements. Not much walkable in the area, but there is very easy access by car to many options within a couple of minutes. On-site restaurant is OK, nothing to repeat if you can.

Everything Good!! Close To Fast Foods, Walmart And Gas Stations. Breakfast Very Good And Variable. Hotel Very Clean And Nicely.

First room smelled like urine. moved to another room a/c was freezing and when turned off room was wet and damp. floor at entry way fluid coming up through laminate floor so hAD TO DRY FEET TO GET IN BED. pool was dirty sludge on tiles pool wall...refrigerator froze everything no matter what it was set on..Outragous prices should have been no more than $79.00 per night... a 1 star hotel at best...$1237.00 for 7 nights is an insult for this dump.
