I think most hotels would just close through this phase of a renovation? The parking lot was taken up by shipping containers and there were a series of signs to a small door. When you open the door, it was hundreds of boxes of faucets and fixtures and a folding table with someone sitting at it. At this point I was like....um, is this the hotel? Then you walk through an active construction project - all the walls and everything was ripped apart and there are printed paper signs saying "elevators" with an arrow. Then I took the elevator to the third floor and it looked like a normal hotel up there although I think the bed looked like a portable bed and yeah.... It was $80 so, there's that? I also think there were only like 8 other people staying there so it was quiet at night.

The hotel was under construction and needed serious renovations. The elevator was still moving when it opened to your floor and screeched as the door scraped across metal when opening. The mattress was on a metal frame with no box spring. It was not a comfortable place or place I’d like to spend a lot of time in. It is also in a sketchy area near Portland airport. There must be much better places.

The hotel itself is fine. The renovated rooms are pretty nice, and the folks behind the desk were friendly. The construction is very loud but stopped at about 5. Breakfast was pathetic, it consisted of coffee, oranges, yogurt, and granola bars, thats it, I'm leaving nothing out. It basically shares a parking lot with Burger King though. Neighborhood has a bottle drop station, so there are a lot of zombies walking around, but they seemed to stay away from the hotel, so it felt safe enough. Would probably stay again.

Hotel is under construction. Room is noisy, I could hear the traffic and even the person's wake up call at 4am next door. Noises from next door room came through the door...brushing teeth, using the restroom, and water running could be heard in my room. Could hear people talking in parking lot. Didn't sleep well. Bed wasn't even comfortable. One light didnt work. AC/Heat unit is at least 20 yrs old. Front desk workers were nice and helpful.

Stayed here for a few nights passing through town.
Pretty average on all accounts, clean, bed was comfy enough, staff were friendly and breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.
Nothing fancy but would stay here again if I was passing through

Ongoing renovations yet to be completed, but no issues with our stay. We have stayed in this area of Portland before so we knew wasn't walkable, nor probably not safe to do so. A short drive over the Interstate bridge into the Vancouver, WA waterfront was much more welcoming. Lots of awesome restaurants within walking distance to each other.
Rooms were clean and updated and the complementary breakfast was basic.

The hotel is in declining condition, but they are working on renovation. Staff work hard to make guests happy. Many sketchy people lurking - the neighborhood is like a scene from the Walking Dead.

Location was terrible, next to shut down businesses and has a problem with vagrants. Interior felt dirty, and every ice machine on every floor was “out of order” yet they were selling ice out of a cooler at the front? Lol. The heater in out first room was broken so they moved us to the room next door. Turned it on and it smelled of urine. Won’t be staying here EVER again. 0.5/10 since the employees were kind.

Staff was great! Excellent breakfast with a pancake machine!!! A few little glitches but it was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Not a fan of the area as there are a lot of homeless people and not much nearby - wouldnt feel safe walking. Overall good value!!

This hotel felt like a bait & switch. I spent a good bit online finding hotels that look decent in the area I needed to stay in. Found the “inn at the meadows” best western and felt the pictures fit what I was looking for. Upon arriving they put me in the only room on my floor with construction work next to the door, put a family of four with 2 screaming kids next door in a nearly empty hotel, found crumbs still on the floor items still in the drawers and an overall overwhelmingly uncomfortable room and environment.
Probably decent enough to pass through in, but wouldn’t recommend if you’re doing more than simply sleeping in it.

This place need a major upgrade the breakfast is not a breakfast it’s a joke they only serve a banana and oatmeal and nasty yogurt . Oh don’t let forget about the coffee which is horrible. Would pay twenty dollars a extra for a better place then this hole in the wall.. never again…

we needed a quick hotel that was right off the road, so we didn't have to go into portland. the road to get to the hotel is a little sketchy, and the hotel itself was very hard to find. took us 5/10 mins to find the way into the parking lot.
once we got there, the front desk lady was so nice. the hotel was very clean. our room was giant. water pressure in the shower sucked, but all hotels do tbh. the breakfast was delicious. for a quick stop, that was fairly cheap, i would stay there again in needed too.

Staff was all super friendly and accommodating, but somehow missed cleaning service on the last night. Area around the hotel was a little sketchy but felt secure once inside. Construction left some dust around but remarkably quiet despite them being actively working on our first morning on property. Convenient to our destination so would likely stay again!

I checked in and a few hours later brought someone with me to check out. The property is surrounded by homeless people and I felt unsafe from the second I approached the building. I've stayed in some sketchy hotels before, but this is the first one I checked out of before actually staying the night.

A bit hard to find due to renovations but honestly, even with major renovations going on this property is clean, quiet and organized. Abu checked us in and was absolutely darling and professional. It made me feel safe to have on site security since my sister kept going out to smoke. I didn’t worry about her at all! The room odd huge, clean and comfortable and it’s refreshing to have HOT water and great water pressure in the shower! I’ll be back for sure!!

Hotel was under construction which was not ideal, but understandable. Traveling with infants, no cribs available. Rooms were not ready at check in. Couldn’t get late check out which was inconvenient due to flight schedule. Staff was friendly. Not a great area. “Unhoused” prevalent in the area.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a little strange but that might be because I was in a two doubles rather than a King. Thin walls and could hear the upstairs occupants stomping around quite a bit. Ear plugs took care of this. Surrounding area is a little sketchy but the parking area is well lit and I was never really worried for my safety.

Delta Park hasn’t been the cleanest or safest area lately but I felt safe and secure at this hotel. There was updating and construction going on but my room was updated, clean and well equipped. There is a workout room I was able to access as well. It was a positive experience.

Under refurbishment. Can't see out of window, wasp and other insects in my room. They lowered prices well below what I had paid just after my cancellation window. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Typical marginal breakfast food.

The description and photos of this property online are not accurate to the state of this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is not good either: room had some left over pills and smelled like cigarettes.

This property is riddled with homeless people, surrounded by homeless encampments, avid drug use everywhere look, open fires burning at night at encampments, screaming all night long in the hotel itself (sounded like someone was being tortured). Not a pleasant stay.

There was cockroaches climbing the walls.and they were not small.right over the bed dont stay there unless you dont mind sharing with bugs.

Stay was great! Area is a bit shady, but the security guard made sure we were safe when walking back and forth to the car. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Thank you!
