Wonderful family spot

View of marsh was nice. They don’t do anything to the room for three days unless you ask.

The room had a musty odor. Unable to regulate air conditioning. Not provided enough wash cloths and coffee

Golf course was in good condition but overpriced.

The golf resort restaurant was a short walk from our room.

The view from our hotel room was absolutely wonderful! . The property is close to shopping and dining.

This was our second time staying here and it’s always absolutely beautiful. It is always clean, quiet and the customer service is great.

My stay at sea palm was peaceful but the bathroom shower wasnt clean and the towel handle was broken. I should of took pictures because they might try to keep my 120 fee, and blame it on me.

Excellent resort to get away for a weekend.

The Sago Restaurant was not very good we ate there on two separate occasions, our waitress was over taxed also No ice, machine was broke, had a problem with the coffee machine but they did bring us a new and also the pool area was really not up to par for a Resort Area Definitely needs some upgrades The room was very comfortable and the view was fabulous of the Marsh We did enjoy our stay in St. Simmons it’s a great little Island

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Palms!

Quiet and clean with a nice restaurant and friendly staff.

Love the room, very clean and nice staff.

So I got married on July 29th a Saturday, and me and my now wife stayed there Friday and our wedding night that Saturday on the 8th of July. When we arrived, there was no body wash and two bloody Band-Aids in the bottom left corner of our shower. When we called in the morning to ask for body wash, it took 2 1/2 hours to arrive. Nobody explained the housekeeping situation when we checked in 100% they did not, the lady who checked us was very nice, and said she had only been working there for three weeks at the time, so it makes sense as to why maybe she didn’t mention it. I’m not sure, but regardless not our fault. I paid over $400 to sleep in a dirty bed two nights and have literal used bloody band aids in the shower. On top of all of that, I called and notify them a week in advance It was our wedding weekend into maybe leave something in the room even if it was just a note when we check in, nothing crazy, and even though they did acknowledge our wedding when we checked in verbally, there was nothing in the room showing it when we walked in. Even though the customer service interactions were pleasant, the proper actions weren’t taken prior to checking in and during this stat, overall, just an unpleasant stay

The room was updated and very pretty. The beds were comfortable and bedding was soft and smooth. The view of the marsh was lovely. Bathroom was updated with nice shower. Lighting fixtures were pretty. One great thing too is a white noise machine in the room. Wasn’t expecting that….great addition. Pool was nice was lovely pool side seating. All in all a great overnight visit!

Friendly staff

Played in the GSGA tournament at Sea Palms. The rooms were great, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks to the staff for accommodating our need for a late checkout due to our tournament. The on-site restaurant was very good, the bang-bang shrimp were great. Out wives enjoyed the pool side cabanas nice way to spend the day while we were playing golf.

Everything was great!

Our room was big and the shower and AC works. But they don’t do breakfast except at weekends, so you need to go offsite for that during the week. And you need to bring your own crockery, silverware and corkscrew/bottle opener, even though they said the room had a kitchen. And they didn't mention they were doing building work outside our room, starting at 8am. And guest services is more guest information than services. I would not go back, because despite it being cheaper than the competition, it did not feel like good value.

Everything from our arrival to departure EXCEEDED our expectations.

The marsh views were amazing. Wish I had gotten the balcony room.

I loved it, from the hotel to the pool, it was awesome. The service was very friendly and courteous. The only thing I would say would be the restaurant hours are not to convenient, other than that I love the whole experience.

We were so excited to take our family summer trip. We arrived around 6pm or so. We went and found or room with the door already opened, we walked in and started to unpack, then to realize the key doesn't work to that room, we were actually staying in the joined room. So then we had to pack back up and move rooms. We then decided to go grab food at the hotel restaurant, and visit the pool. We got Shrimp and Grits, two kids got Mac and cheese sides, one kids meal, my husband ordered a wrap. We were charged for 3 kids meals, which was completely incorrect. After it was finally corrected We were able to get that fixed, and we went to the pool. It was a quiet pool, and we enjoyed our time in it. We then dried off and went to our room. It was about 830Pm. We decided to order the kids a quick bite Door Dash, because they said their Mac and Cheese from the hotel restaurant tasted like rotten cheese, ( my husband agreed that it was pretty bad, but we did not complain.) They received their quick bite, they got baths and we were ready to climb in bed for a lovely night of sleep around 10pm. Well that was interrupted by jumping above that sounded like someone was going to come through our ceiling, ad loud music. We called the front desk, and they said they would send out security. Security came ad they wouldnt stop so at 1030 we had to move our 3 kids to another room.
