Absolutely disgusting hotel. Old. Stunk.. carpet in the hallways are so old and smell so bad. Breakfast wss the same both days of our stay. Poor variety. Do not stay here. This was motel 6 quality Laundry was absolutely filthy. Garbage cans overfilled.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The price was very reasonable considering it was spring break. the staff was very nice. I would stat there again and recommend this hotel.

The LaQuinta was grossly overpriced for the condition and age of the hotel.

It was a NIGHTMARE

Unfortunately, I had to book this hotel for Comedian, who is performing at a show I produce. Here’s what multiple of issues he reported to me and staying there. First of all the key machine that labels your key wasn’t working so every time he had to go to his room. He had to get escorted by an employee. At one point the toilet backed up and when he called, he said they’ll get to it at some point, they didn’t rush somebody up to fix the toilet. When he first checked in, they made him switch rooms because there was some sort of leak in the pipes and demand that he move while he was trying to sleep after traveling for half a day. He said one person on staff was nice. Everybody else were rude and acted like they were put out and bothered whenever needing service for all the multiple issues that were occurring in this hotel. Never again will I ever ever book a room at this location

Was a pleasant stay at the property. Allowed me to do an very early check-in without additional cost. But, the given room was with a very bad smell seems a faulty cleanse of the carpet with a strong humid smell. They allowed me to change it without any issues I would rate 3 by this, but the personnel were very friendly and helpful to resolve anything. Totally recommend to stay here, cheap place and comfy.

This hotel is rundown and poorly maintained. Not only that, the commode in my room (405) required up to seven flushes before the waste was completely gone. Not only did I find that annoying, it was a complete waste of my time. Multiply that times the four days I stayed there. Fortunately, the staff was pleasant and if it weren't for the jobs the hotel provided I believe the place should be closed for a complete remodel.

I enjoyed my stay there.. The room was clean and spacious thank you.

Hotel stinks and had roaches.

The room was big. The bed and bathroom was clean. It just had a funky smell but it's most likely because it's an old hotel and allows pets.

I don't recommend no one stay in that hotel very dirty smell old carpet dirty.

Our room was on the second floor and was smelling really bad. The rooms were in real bad shape and wasn't cleaned or maintained well at all. We complained to the person at the front desk and they basically gave us febreeze to spray inside the room (they did spray it everywhere on the corridor on the second floor - not kidding).

The area was great. The hotel lobby looked nice but the rooms were awful. Everything is falling apart. They need to do an update. I was afraid the building was going to collapse. Breakfast was from 7:00 to 10:00 and by 9:30 they were already cleaning up and nothing left. This was on Saturday. The Sunday kitchen staff was better. I will never stay there again!

we did not like any of the services in this hotel and everything was dirty and with a smell that was horrible and there was even bugs under everything and overall a bad experience.

Every floor stinks very badly and there are not enough power outlets in the room. Toilets are very noise. The smart key does not work on room door. I had to change the keys couple of times in my two day stay. However the breakfast is good and the checkin process was fast. But the property condition is not as per expectations and needs to renovate and make it better and clean.

The hotel is the worst place i ever stayed room smell like feet no-one cleaned room or made bed changed towels unless we asked staff .rug in room was never vacuum no-one told us breakfast was included when we checked in i was here on a funeral outside grounds never cleaned one cigarette butt was in front of the entrance all 3 days of our stay. terrible smell in rooms never again

Will never book here again even if it’s the last Hotel on this planet . The lady at front desk was so rude it was our first time booking here and the they didn’t inform us of anything at all, by the time we went up to our room we were very disappointed of how filthy the carpets were and the mattresses were lumpy not to mention the pillows omg filth (not the cases) the pillow itself needs to throw out IMMEDIATELY , the shower curtains had hair all over , the crease in bath had mold the door to enter the room was so dirty you can actually see finger prints . VERY DISAPPOINTED for us who just need a clean place to rest . after going through all of that experience we decide to go by the pool to have a smoke we tried to relax there but as soon as we reach and started smoking the front desk lady came and said “Hey I need to close the pool”, paused, in such harsh and rude manner didn’t even try to inform us at all, I was shocked because they didn’t inform us of the rules nor hours, after exiting the pool we had to stand up outside the whole time to smoke because they’re weren’t no form of seating placed on the outside for you to sit and have a smoke so disappointed. Yet they say you can’t smoke on the Balcony . Makes no sense at all . So I guess we’re to hurry up and smoke before the pool closes or stand outside and do so.

The room was not like Hotels.com had advertised. You said it would sleep 4 you showed pics of it having a couch table and more none of which were true. The room was old the ac was loud and the furniture was very old. I am more disappointed in the false add than anything.

Hallways unkept and dirty. Key did not work had to get another Room dirty. Switched rooms Door to balcony locked and did not open

The woman that checked us in was not very friendly. Room is great.

Place was very clean and staff was friendly. Also enjoyed the breakfast. Plenty of shopping and food nearby.

Bad breakfast 01/30/2023

I was in a 2 person room facing a lake. Nice view. Breakfast was very good and the hostess was most gracious. Still, I killed a small roach in the bathroom and what appeared to be a dozen tiny ants. There seemed to be fleas in the rug and on the bed. Three bites. Might have been my fault: I had the "Do not disturb" sign up 14 of 17days. Could have requested that the rug be vacuumed. Then there is the matter of, so far, my paying twice for my stay from 1/10 to 1/24. I cancelled a first reservation for those dates and, so far, the credit card charges have not been reversed or reimbursed. The matter has been referred to Hotels.com and it is pending. I would be happy to stay there again

Very dirty

The hotel is old and smells musty. On top of that, you will hear noise from doors opening and closing making it hard to fall asleep.
