WAY better than expected! I couldn't win a nickel myself, but my wife and adult son did impressively well! Bottom line, we walked out of there with more money than we came in with, even with my losses. The room was very clean and newish looking. The bathroom was a bit small, but more than enough. The Cuppa coffee place really needs a new manager/inventory person. They ran out of half their menu an they could not make smoothies because the blender was broken. I am sure this place makes enough money to fix a blender. But to run out of half the menu is just poor management. The staff at the coffee shop needs some customeer service training as well. They were not obviously rude, even by NY standards, but they were definetely not nice either (there was one person that was actually very nice). Other than those minor complaints, I would definetely recommend this place and we will definetly be back!

If your into casino, then this will do.
Food is good, parking has to improve, parking lot is very small unless you go the valet parking route.
You get nothing else with your stay, I recd 2 free coffee.
No breakfast included.

The people were all friendly. The room was cleaned every day and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Got to know some of the staff and the casinos paid out very well. This would definitely be a place I would stay again.

The staff were very nice...the casino was fun....the restraint was pricey with "OK" food. A little fridge and coffee maker would be nice. And the bathroom needs updating.

It is a Casino so there is noise to deal with but it’s not too bad.

I love how when you first walk in there you have to get verified before you even get access to go all the way in I love the vibes the music everybody was friendly, nice and sweet customer service was 10/10 even down to the people at the casino. Trust me is worth the drive.‼️‼️‼️

We celebrated my aunts 50th birthday year it is a casino it is loud so expect noise but we had a great time

The room is clean, but the bed was like sleeping on the ground. The casino was nice if you’d like video games. I checked out early because I could not sleep. The walls relate paper thin, and you could hear everybody around you snoring and watching TV.

Rooms are excellent. Well kept by staff . Modern enhanced with wifi and cable TV. Got to get another week on my reservation for gamblings

From the time that I arrived in valet and customer service for reservations was top notch I enjoyed my stay at Jakes 58 Celebrating my birthday the bistro 58 my lunch and my dinner Service was excellent looking forward to the next stay

The bad… no ice machines, no drinks served in casino, the Bistro was supposed to be open till 3 am but it closed at 12 on a Saturday night. There was no entertainment.
Room was decent and clean. Bed was comfy. Would not come back here and stay tho. I’ll stay with Mohegan Sun or Atlantic City.

The room was very clean and spacious. Front desk service was a bit slow but was helpful. It takes very long to be serve at the only restaurant available on the compound.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times we’ve had good experiences. My boyfriend won a bit last time and I did this time so 1:1 there lol. The rooms are a bit dated but otherwise clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are also really comfortable. A couple of things I would like to point out though, people are not easy on the doors and they are LOUD. All night long the slamming of the doors was insane. We also had a casino floor facing room second time we stayed here and for anyone wondering we heard nothing in that regard. Mind you we stayed here Super Bowl Sunday this year and got there at 2pm and there was practically nowhere to park and the casino was fairly empty so that was also a bit weird. Food here is also pretty good, pleasantly surprised. I here talks of expanding so I hope that brings some needed upgrades and I look forward to visiting once that’s all said and done

Rooms are so close to the casino that you hear all the noise (the young lady did mention this during check-in). I was on 6th floor facing casino. Maybe not all rooms are so noisy.

The other person in my party didn't have a physical ID, so we weren't even allowed in. Plus, they photograph and search you at the entrance. Looked like jail. Never coming back!
