Overall we liked it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room above us was noisy until about 2am.

This is the third time we stayed at this Quality Inn. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast before heading out to our destination. Will stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here specifically because we wanted a hot tub and an indoor pool! There were great! The room was nice, although the tub is small too shower in. The carpet needs replaced. Breakfast had no water or microwave for oatmeal. But Overall good place to stay.

We stayed in this same hotel 2-1/2 weeks ago & had to switch rooms because the tv wasn't working. This trip they put us in the same room & hadn't fixed the tv. We were too tired to notify them so we slept & left. Very disappointed of their lack of service.

Expedia put us in a handicap room!!! In the bathroom only sink no furniture to put your toiletries, had to speed them out on the desk in the room and take them with us one by one as we needed them. The floors were filthy, my white socks got filthy dirt black while I walked on that discussing floor with out knowing. The resection is informed us that Expedia has put us in that room because of the reduce rate. So we are very disappointed with Expedia and most likely not use it again.

The stay was okay. The staff was friendly but looked to be stressed with not enough employees maybe. It tv would not work and they tried to fix it. It would work for about 20 minutes and so again. At breakfast, there was no food. Lots of complaints from all staying. Was told i would receive a discount but that has not happened. Bed was comfortable and room was decent.

Asking was welcoming & professional. Breakfast choices were satisfying. As housekeeping typically leaves the room door open when they clean, they have overlooked cleaning the mirror behind the door. A little expensive but that's the going rate in Laramie. So, yes, I expect to be back. The pool was fun & hot tub relaxing.

Excellent customer service. Lobby, breakfast, coffee, and workout facilities were all exceptional! Bed superb! So nice having microwave, coffee, and fridge in room. Carpet in entire building not great. Can see some lack of deep cleaning in alot of areas. Overall, I will come back whenever needed!

Gentleman who checked us in was friendly and even acknowledged us as we were coming and going. Clean room. Breakfast fully stocked with nice options! Nice and convenient location. I’d stay here again!

Everything was great except our room smelled strongly of smoke. The staff was helpful with spraying the room again which helped but didn’t take it all away. There were no other rooms so we couldn’t move. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. We made the best of a situation we couldn’t change.

I think the staff is doing a great job with what they have to work with. This location is in dire need of a remodel. The carpet in the common areas is worn and gross. The tile in the bathroom, while clean, is dated with gross black grout. I wouldn’t stay again.

It was a nice clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a nice breakfast with hot food. It was quiet and safe and close to restaurants, shopping and downtown events. Jubilee Days was so much fun. Highly recommend💕

It was decent.

Pretty dirty. Hair was floating everywhere in the pool and hot tub. Hall ways need vacuumed, rooms could be cleaned better.

This is probably a lovely place to stay; however, we didn't make it there--and, of course, the payment is non-refundable. Don't think I'll be using Expedia in the future.

It would have been better if we were warned ahead of time about a non working pool. Really annoying when we are offered filters and then the hotel all of a sudden lets us know it’s been down for a while. Feels like there should be some compensation for having big amenities out of commission.

Staff was friendly. Easy access to freeway. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We arrived early and we had access to the pool all to ourselves...it was so relaxing after a long drive. I'd definitely return to this hotel.

Thos is a property where the owners have taken the phrase, "It's the LEAST we CAN do" to heart... literally. This is another aged (or aging) property. While the front desk was nice enough, the property is small and limited. It has few amenities that are worth the price tag. The parking lot is almost untenably small, the corridors are dark, the rooms are cramped and worn, the tub is NOT safe and the floor of the tub was a good 6 inches higher than the floor of the bathroom that you had to step out onto (mind you, this was technically a 'handicapped' room), and the pool/hot tub room tiles were hideously slick when your bare feet are wet... my wife fell into the hot tub from the steps because the tiles are that slick throughout the pool room! I almost fell several times... and we were bringing my 82 year old father to soak in this hot tub?? It is a serious accident waiting to happen and no technicality on a pool room set of rules will save them from the right attorney when someone receives a skull fracture from falling while getting out of the pool or tub! The place is dingy, and properties just down the road are far better appointed and only a few dollars more... there is no competition for the bottom of the barrel.

Convenient and friendly.

Shower curtain rod in bathroom had been ripped out of the wall. Wall damage hasn’t been patched or repaired. Wallpaper had black areas, possibly mold? Needs some love!
