It was a great stay and made our Mardi Gras experience wonderful. We've stayed here multiple times and always enjoy the stay. Area is quiet and in reach of shopping and food. Only issue we had is plumbing last few trips. But overall i love the hotel and will continue to book whenever im in mobile.

OK for the price. Staff is friendly. The room and the common space is newly renovated.
Would be nice to see healthier breakfast selections and use of earth-friendly breakfast supplies.
$50 add -on for the small dog is a bit steep!
BTW, where's the electric car charger?

Well when I got there my reservation was canceled. The price that I was quoted on my reservation was less when I got to the hotel. They had a deposit fee that was not told about when doing the reservation. The room smelled. The breakfast wasn’t that good.

Never in my life have I seen a room so dirty and smokey. The front desk staff had to come spray commercial air freshener and they left the bottle in my room. All this for $185 a nite. Never again!

The property itself was nice it’s just in a bad area. Lots of other nice motels nearby good places to eat all around .

One of the best places I’ve stayed. And I travel a lot. The staff were incredible. Very friendly and helpful. Room was outstanding. Very clean, large, and quiet. Also, I forgot my guitar absentmindedly after I checked out. I returned 8 hrs later and they had it for me safely behind the front desks. Like I said, Outstanding staff. Thank you so much!

My room was nice but TV didn't work.i informed the staff of the problem and they told me they would take care of it as of 24 hours later i still have a broke tv.

Property has been improving in the last few years. Still minor things that need repaired, handle on dresser, stained vanity. Beds are comfortable, A/C works great.

The room has a musty smell. The linen looked dirty and did smell fresh. The towels looked dirty and had pubic hair stuck to it. The bathroom was dirty and the tub faucet had a steady drip.

If you are disabled be aware of this hotel. The shower chair did not fit in the roll-in shower and there is no hand shower

My stay was excellent except for the handicap room was not handicap accesible. The bathroom yes but not the room itself. The bathroom was very nice just want I needed. But i couldnt get around in the room with my wheelchair.

I got in the room & was there maybe 3-4 hours & about 4 or 5roaches started coming out. There was mold n the bathroom. Hot moved to a room right next to it & it smelled like mole.

Don't expect much out of this Baymont. I've stayed in other Baymonts that were nice but this one has the feeling of a transient motel. The girl who checked us in was rude and seemed bothered to have to do her job. We reserved 4 non smoking rooms... you could clearly smell that they were smoking rooms! In half of the rooms, something was not working- tv, remote, lights, outlets, etc. There were people hanging out on the outside stairs drinking out of paper bags. Hookers walking around the parking lot bother. This place was not a normal, vacation style hotel. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. Room was very clean and nicely furnished. Staff was very friendly and professional. The price was not hard on our budget. We would definitely return for another stay.

No decaf for breakfast. Dirty floor in bathroom, dirty microwave, guest fighting on stairwell. Stair’s absolutely filthy. Floor wet from refrigerator exchange. Ac leaked. No hair dryer
