Bed is not comfortable at all. The lights were right outside our window. For the price not a good stay at all

I really wanted to give this hotel a good review. The people working here were nice, but with it being under renovation…I’m not sure if this is what caused some of the uncleanliness we encountered. The room was pretty dingy overall. The windows had smears all over. The ottomans and couch had stains on it. I had a spider fall off of me in the bathroom. I’m hopeful that they can turn it around once all of this construction is finished. They need new couches/ottomans that are easily cleaned.

No, just no. In town for a weekend ball tournament and chose the hotel because it was less expensive than surrounding hotels. I should know better. I have pretty high standards, but also realize this is just an interstate hotel. So I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but I was disappointed and won't stay here again. Paper thin walls... we could hear all the noise above us, just people walking around but enough to wake us all up at 2 in the morning. Shabby, ratty couch and pillows, stained headboards and chairs, dusty air conditioner. I will say the front desk was nice and I had no concerns for service or staff. The area is great, we always stay in the area for baseball. Just not here again.

I know they are remodeling, but the floors in our room was filthy. You could tell they have NOT been mopped on a long while. I did tell the front desk.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk staff was very friendly at both check in and check out. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. We were exhausted from driving 6+ hours. I would recommend this hotel. They were in the process of a remodel but it will be better when it’s done.

The pictures advertised didnt reflect the true condition of the property. Its old. You can tell its been cheaply renovated and issues have been masked /covered over. Mediocre breakfast. This was our 1/2 way stopping point for a night, so we just dealt with it. Its not a place I would want to stay again, if given a better option.

It was a good stay

We booked and paid for a double double suite for our family of 6. Arrived after midnight to find out this room was not available. We were given a King suite. The lady at check in was very apologetic and kind, but with no other rooming options we had a portion of our party sleeping on the floor. She gave us plenty of bedding and offered a late checkout since we were arriving after 1:00am. All staff we met were exceptionally kind. Only major complaint was booking error.

Clean, good area, ad staff friendly

I hate leaving a somewhat bad review but I have gotten to the point that’s exactly what I base my decision on when finding a room. Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly manner. That didn’t last long as who I am assuming may have been a manager walked up. The front lady’s demeanor immediately changed as if she was terrified of saying or doing something wrong. I had a question and asked to see the reservation paper I had just signed and the lady rolled her eyes and sighed.. I thought that was very unprofessional but kept my composure because after a 10hour car ride all I wanted was a bed. Get in the room and notice there is no bedding for the pullout bed, went back to the front (where we were obviously annoying them) asked for bedding and received 2 sheets and a pillow. They didn’t have any blankets. The shower dripped ALL night, the texture from the ceiling was falling off, I guess the fridge or ceiling or something was leaking because the floor stayed wet, you could literally see out the frame of the door with it closed, the air conditioner worked but poorly,but the bed was decent. I just expected more for the price.

Staff was extremely nice. Room was very clean but definitely had a mild odor when we entered.

The outside of the hotel was nice and the lobby. The room(219) had an odor in it. The carpet look as if it should have been pulled up. While taking a shower, the water stayed backed up in tub. It drained out once you turned off water. The bathroom sink backed up also. It drained out the next morning, but it was the same afterwards. I know that renovations was going on, that room shouldn’t have cost what much.

Sleeper sofa mattress was absolutely discusting and destroyed. I have pictures. The TV in the room didn’t work either. Pool closed at 8pm

Do not stay here. Had to leave at 10 pm bc they had no one to fix the broken ac and i had my baby with me. The desk clerk brought me a disgusting fan with dust all over it suggesting we use that for the baby. The fridge also did not work. Stains all over the couch.

The hotel is in need of renovations. Water damage on the ceiling, sink clogged, chunks of wall missing from around the window. One of our rooms was not cleaned when we opened the door and had to get another room. The second room was hot and stuffy and took a long time to cool down. The outside of the building was nice and the beds were comfortable but if we needed to stay for more than one night we would have had to find another hotel.

Great stay at the Comfort Suites

Desk lamp in room didn't have any light bulbs ~ front desk took one out of a lobby lamp for me. Was there 5 days and never got another bulb. Kleenix box had ONE kleenix in it ~ was never replaced ~ breakfast was over at 9 am ~ employee had everything removed by 8:55 and turned the room light out at 9 even with guests still trying to get some breakfast. Fresh fruit one morning only. No waffle mix two mornings as they "ran out". at 6 feet tall ~ when I used the toilet ~ my knees were elevated ~ toilet was approx 24 inches off floor. Was just right for 9 yr old grandson. Local thrifty nickel really doesn't qualify as a free local paper. Employees seem distant and not really interested in being of help.

The rug in our room was sticky. Also, the armrest on the wooden partition next to the couch was extremely sticky to the touch. Felt very unclean.

Good stay, however I booked the presidential suite because it said private hot tub and there was NOT a hot tub. Falsely advertised. It is a bathtub. If i knew that, i would have saved money and gone with a regular room.

Our stay was great. Staff was friendly. Everything was working. I recommend to stay there if you're visiting.

Hotel parking was full but I’m sure due to soccer events. Breakfast was 7-10 and had to be at field by 7. Luckily the Waffle House was able to accommodate via window service even though sign said not taking orders. Use to breakfast at 6 on weekends at other hotels so I just assumed. My son enjoyed the fresh baked cookies. Other than not being able to get breakfast we enjoyed our stay.
